I've just googled this fella 'Redcat' as never heard of him before, cant find any reference to Mae Sot (are you trolling? ) but found many pages about how to pick up hookers and ladyboys around Thailand. Not judging you mate, whatever floats your boat, enjoy!

Right opposite the main terminal, minimum 1 hour 25 baht if memory serves me correct. It can get busy though as the 1 day parking in there is not much more than the long term quite some distance away so its far more convenient. Dare say you would find a space that time of night though, probably nearer the top. You just walk across a bridge then up to departures. Well sign posted on the way in.
