a patient off....Also Two other Nurses, most Nurses I

The article does not say at what time in the morning he got on duty and at what time in the afternoon the accident happened. It also does not say if the driver was allowed to rest between the trips, and whether he works on another job when he is not on duty at the hospital or engages in other activities that might cause him not to get enough rest between his tours of duty.
