Up to 2 year old iPhone sells for around 85% maybe a bit more on FB market place and they sell them, 3 to 4 year old phones are getting 50 to 60% of there new price there, they hold there prices well in AU but trying to sell to a reseller there in business to make money not make you happy, since im here i was happy to take a 50% bath the reason i backed out was i just spent 1.3m on condo renovations, tired of spending and i figured if i go for the 15 Max next year it will be close enough to the 14pro specks now and a lot lighter for me the camera is what im interested in, everything else well im just use to buying the more expensive version but thats about to stop.

Your not going to get a good price for a low end phone even if its a month old, i was going to get around 24,000 to 27,000 on a phone that cost me 53,000 in AU and is only now going on to 10 months old. You need to be realistic, demand for a Pro model is a lot higher than some low spec toy you picked up in the states, and no matter what your selling going to cop a bath if you want to move it fast, law of the universe. Me i would be just a lot happier with a lighter phone and i dont want to put up with tire kickers and a bunch of scammers that now routinely hang around lot of these websites, but plenty of folk watch there pennies and have time or you could have done what i have done and thats to just put up with it for a year or two more then do a change over.

Update on the journey to sell my 13 Pro Max.......Apple @ Central world had no 14 pro's in stock (but everyone else has) still i inquired about a trade in if they were available now it wasnt an offensive amount but since id already had done the rounds at MBK my brain quickly shut it down on hearing the amount and if MBK wasnt anywhere i could get to id just take it....was something like 24,000 change over on a 14 Pro 256gig. The best deal if done on the spot @ MBK was 16,000 change over on the 14 pro 256gig brand new, which i thought was pretty good, checked 4 places 2 came in @ 18,000 the third would match the last one 17,000 and tempted me if on the spot possible 16,000.... I wanted a few days to mull it over, weight was the issue but i do like the big screen previous phone was a XR which i took with me and i loved the size of that, suited me very well, the 14 pro matched it bar weight, it is heavier, in the end i decided not to go ahead with it as the weight drop even significant still was a bit on the heavier side, checked out the basic 14 and 14 max, way lighter and i recon since i change my phone every 2 to 3 years i might just stop buying the high end next time and go for the lightest.

Where in Bkk to sell my iPhone 13 pro Max 256 gig, bought in Australia earlier this year, want to get the 14 pro. Well sir i was a builder in my home country, so i know a few things, so moving the stair forward one step will give you a lowering of your rise X1 if moving it forward by 2 steps it will give you a lowering X2 of your rise. But you need to have a decent landing to begin with or you will create a new problem, ie that is your second floor that your cutting into. You also would be very wise to get a structural engineer to look at what your planning to do he may need to design support for the landing, being concrete floors etc maybe it will be fine then again it may not just depends if its holding anything up other than the stair itself. If your stair is concrete its not a big deal here and they can handle the demolition easily replace with a timber stair for less time spent on site and mess you also will need to extend the balustrade so its not a small job, costly? not by western standards. If you decide to do something about this get someone to design this for you (dont use the builder use an engineer) make sure you tell him exactly what your trying to achieve and get it drawn up, you will be able to tell just from the drawing the head height you can achieve. The next trick is dont skimp on the trades, go to a decent reputable local building company let them do the entire job, believe me you will be banging your head enough with them, depending where your located plenty of farang builders around, trying to sub contract it all out will put you in an early grave, dont use wifes family or friends under any circumstances or you will end up divorced....good luck. Ps, if your stair is timber you wont able to use it again, they maybe able to salvage some sections of it thats about it.

Poor designer should have known better, solution is to cut into second floor void opening by 2 or 3 steps. ( last pick, where you do a left turn second floor level). Means throwing this stair case and putting in a new one, assuming its in timber. big job if its concrete. By cutting the floor back and installing a new stair it will lower and increase head hight in your problem area by about anywhere from 200 to 300 mm....thats around 4 to 8 inches.. Then of course you need to have at least a meter of landing depth on second floor once thats done or you got another problem. If you dont want a mess and dont want to drop another 100,000 learn to duck, after a few bumps and headaches you wont notice anymore.. In the end you would want to protect your investment and have a structural engineer look at it and design if necessary support for the section your cutting out.

Your mistake was to not get out and about and purchase the door you wanted yourself, relying on "them" to "listen" to you (hahaha) get over it, throw it and buy the door yourself, its god dam cheap here for all building works, just been through a total condo refit, they have a low iq for detail cant problems solve dish up what they want, i went through a large company so have some recourse but hey i hit the wall a few times, didnt get what i thought i would in a couple of instances, since i was in the building game back home i know what it costs and it kept me balanced, the other thing here you dont want them to be taking the law into there own hands over your not paying up....swallow your pride educate yourself and supervise every step of the way...
