Wife would have to make herself known and hire a solicitor, costs likely to run in to 100,000's of $ which could come out of the estate if she wins...thats assuming the kids fight it which they would. Law in AU if wife is seen as a legitimate beneficiary would likely obtain equal cut of estate, lot of press in AU over the years when one child cut from a will only to fight it and end up getting a cut. So no she isnt going to get the lot also no guarantee that costs would come out of the estate, if hes worth a lot kids could drag it out for ever, solicitor is likely to ask her for fees up front which is likely to put her off once she realizes the costs of doing business in AU. If i found myself in a position i was dealing with my fathers greedy widow id fight and drag it out, shes going to in-cure a lot of costs before there is a resolution hopefully that will do the trick.

When is a fool a fool? when you leave Brighton to take on the Chelsea job is when....Potter SACKED over night joins Frank and Gerald and a few more....mind you Southhampton didnt get better there still last Everton still in relegation territory, in fact most of the clubs that bulleted out there coach haven't done to much so.....Conte anyone? if you play FM23 you quickly learn how clubs have unrealistic demands....just took a team out of Seria B to A bring in a few over the hill veterans on Free's to help keep us up ( got a pultry transfer budget that even Melbourne Victory would struggle with) and club is now expecting us to win the Italian cup and Finnish on top of A....games mimic real life.... To be half fair to Graham hes had more written about him this season than his entire life....the other guy who was taking up valuable space was Conte....he knew how to get sacked and go home....and still get paid.... Jose? well year 3 is coming up which is a toxic year, Conte is normally a year 3 casualty as well... Who will be the first AFL coach on Madam Guillotine? im tipping a few will go this year......Simo....Bev, if Freo stay bottom 6 add him....Dewie might need to make finals....and Ken......is looking down the barrel again....pressure mounting....expect a Koch spray sometime soon.... -

Lance.....dont know....think he was worth his place in the team, he was all over May like leprosy if he had of kicked straight along with the dark guy it could have been different....... -

I must be one of the few who thought the Tigers played well....i wanted to watch that game just to see how the Pies operate, thought Hardwick did a good job to stifle there game play, which was man on man in defence and around the wall within a kick arch while between defence and ball played a zone... Lack of pedigree players was the result not from lack of planning, Pies on a high but i didnt think convincing played like a well drilled machine, they have there flaws that better sides will expose and the season goes on, every one is all in on MCray, its not rocket science... -

now now.....bad kicking is bad football and there was plenty of Tiger pressure especially in defence.... Tigers mostly checked there man on man and peeling off running to space from centre to goal square, Pies defiantly on a high as everything they do turns to gold there well drilled and have an ability to know where there team mate is but the luck will be running thinner as the season progresses.... Seems to me you need the cattle of course to match but man on man where the ball is in a 70m arch then a screen zone with defenders standing on offenders toes....simple maths men...pressure = turn overs with guys playing in that zone rebounding and even creating the loose man...hope your reading this Simon... -

Friday's Funnies on Thursday....... Well what did we learn last week? or i, i should say, seems most of the gang including veteran cellar dweller Fj in TV tipping are well up on it this year. Home ground will be even more important except for when the law of averages kicks in this year.... One instant black coffee no sugar has been put down....yes im back to that muck....a real coffee around 11 i will have, me the old fella now has some gut issues and that expresso bongo double i like is like now once in a while...i do make an awesome cappuccino using an Aeropress........advantage is over a good coffee machine is it makes a less stronger cup plus its portable and easy to travel with. Yep i got 3 milk frothers...was experimenting.....all easy and good....so good i struggle to want to have a coffee when out these days, back in Melbourne with all the "expert" coffee shops springing up around condo towers and renovated factory areas and $15 for a bit of cake, yep had one of them so called cafes near a job i was on, the job never seemed to end, almost every day there were god dam changes, use to dread the morning meetings between owner and builder... in inner city Melb, parking was an issue too.....got any idea what its like to carry your gear 200m? then your always in the back of the tool box for stufff.....when the job was finished said owner came to me during a short visit to adjust something mentioned the cost blow out and asked me why was it so, mind you she had been an executive and manager so i thought she might be a bit cleaver, when i said.....i use to dread her meetings with my builder that changes we almost a daily occurrence.....and every time she made a change the cash register began pinging plus 20%.....her mouth dropped...penny too....i kid you not, my head use to spin when i was on that job... What ive learned getting a coffee in Thailand is.....them coffee shops at petrol servo's along the highway particulay heading towards CM make great coffee....at Starbucks you order the small china cup for cappuccino always state clearly "china cup? they will try and stick an American paper cup in front of your, i use to say to them im Australian we drink out of china cups every time...trying to educate the natives....Bucks recon they do ( add more coffee to a bigger cup) but i kinda think its minimal and lets face it your telling people who drink cold green muck tea etc they wouldnt know anything about coffee....Amazon coffee? learned to order the big china cup cause its god dam strong my theory where they dont change the coffee measurement is reinforced here because its now drinkable....along the highway yesterday i clearly ordered a china mug and was given a paper mug and i was drinking instore, felt like throwing a wobbly, i did....one time @ a Bucks store in BKK got a tuna sandwich with the coffee...can you believe they stuck it in the microwave? i did throw a wobbly.....having learned Thais stick everything in a microwave (long ago) if ordering a pastry thats not savoy i specify "serve cold" well i took it back to the counter about 30 people in store and top of my voice said "who friggin heats up a tuna sandwich?" Hushed tones soon followed...left it there for them.....short time later they replaced it... Dogs at home to the rampant Lions...Luke im thinking wont see out the season, the players looked like they're all down the coast on vacation.......with surf boards and guitars camping out on some ocean beach near Lorne.....where did it all go wrong? well trading Slacky Hunter was one of them......plz take him back... Pies @ the G against the Tigers....Cox and Martin out...well get use to it Time Machine.....if he fronts for 12 games this year you won the lottery...Pies got a few injuries this is the best time to hit them and Hardwick even yesterdays hero still has a few tricks in his back pack.....warning warning Magpies.... Hawks in Tassie with the Super Roos......spite and jealousy are emotions that stem from low self esteem and they will take you down, whom am i talking about here? On performance there is a clear winner, so there is a hot favourite....but the law of averages should kick in here... Giants vs Blues.....Well i think Vossie will keep the wheelie bin wheels moving one more week...but hey it's not a given....2 gun mids back in for Kingsley, watched Hogan for a quarter last week....use to be able to slot them in easy, what ever Freo payed us for him now seems like we got a bargain... Saints vs Bombers, not a lot between them....Bombers look like they may be the big movers this season, Lyons romantic return to hit a tree this week....playing on adrenaline can only take you so far... Port vs Crows......well id give the Crows a good chance this week if Port had not been thrashed last week...Crows better once they hit inside 50, will Tex stand and deliver this week? Neither side can afford the loss expect a Custers last stand here men... Suns vs Cats.....what a time to pick off the reining premiers even if it's been done twice already...you wouldnt give the Suns a cracker would you? Dangerfield and Hawkins (no pre season) are down down down...Cameron playing is cloudy, if he does is likely carrying and injury, battered and bruised with confidence sitting in their boots Cats with backs to wall...can Dewie do it? go Dewie.... Demons vs Swans @ the G......... well big news in is Jacob van Rooyen who will be on the radar of WCE very soon is playing...Freo having given up there soul for the next few years wont be able to afford him, Jackson is looking lost in that Freo team i wonder why? Rooyen (something of a Jackson clone) should play back up to Al Bundy and forward i imagine, with large spells on the bench, Bad mood May is back who should bring some leadership along side Leaver who has been playing very well i might add to that dysfunctional back 6, Petty will feel invincible now May is back, its looking like Simon will keep playing them no hopers (eyes rolling in sockets) so im expecting a tight defence but going forward....well....Lance on one leg is back in too, Swans did us easy last year so with below average inside 50 % .....Swans its put down your glasses.....in a canter......pressure will mount on Simon, team is playing like they joined Footscray down at Lorne beach... Freo vs Eagles.....that pitt just keeps getting deeper....id say there is a silent revolt going on at the docks....giving up draft capital, paying overs for a freshman, trading out disgruntled players who were dam good...Eagles should do it no? -

You saw me setting fire to one of them tower lights? Slipped over to Sydney in congnito, all the spy gear on........trench coat and fake moustache had a charter flight lined to take me to Brissie...... after big Max went down i suspected as much....Simon out of his depths again.... Had to do something as we were like one of the premiership favs before the start of the season you know....looking very ordinary and im being polite.... You know some coaches stay to long....Bev and Simone.....a swap would be in order....id go for that....Bev played for us too at one point....another Clarko type in and out of the team and often on the bottom of the pack..no talent but at least tried... Well why on earth did Simone let Jayden move to WCE who by the way play him in his "natural" position on the wing and bring in Slacky Hunter, my god what were they thinking? plays the wing like a Bedouin......all over the place but not near the ball....and by the way as quick as Mark Jackson in his prime..... Simone also has too much faith in some players...if i get going id rattle of at least 8 names who should be lining up for Casey next week.....but here's a few, Spargo, Neal-Bullen...Harmes.....Rivers.....Tomlinson....Chandler....and they're the ones who didnt get a kick....throw in Tom MacDonald who just isnt having any influence in the games, but at least got a kick and a goal i think, after that hopeless lot half a dozen regulars just not tuned in.....for long enough during the game.... Let's not get carried away with the Win over the Dogs, was a practice game....by me tinkering with the lights ended what was looking like a 60 point thrashing and we ended up being flattered by going down by 11..... The one good thing that came out of the game was Grundy ran into some form by being on the ball all night, hes go 6 weeks to hit his all AU status before Max is due back then we will find out about Simone's duel big man threat.... -

I use to own a few rather expensive hi fi sets...i use to be god dam fussy with not just my music mr but how it sounds....like were talking 25,000$ plus and thats going back 10 to 20 ys ago.......dont ask me how much my brother spent on up grading, got lucky with a few discarded pre amps and amps sitting around his lounge room a few times.... i did once by a surround sound for the telly.....big mistake...wasnt cheap wasnt expensive and was junk...they were they days i had to much money and brain use to say when i woke "what will you spend your money on today?" As i deteriote into old age and well no income i have mended my ways....the telly speakers are just fine in the end men its just spoken words and boom crash etc.....if i want to hear some quality music i put on head phones.....easy to travel with costs well nothing like you would imagine.....picked up my head set in Japan in 2015, best thing i ever heard, but they were out of stock....i pleaded with the sales man in my failing Japanese to sell me the display one but he stood fast....so i bought the next set down....after 24 hrs my ears couldnt tell the difference.... turns out there available in AU these days was but never got around to getting that super duper set i wanted.....also i brought through Amazon a Koss set, there not hi fidelity but there dam good for 65au$ 150au$ in BKK if you can find there my walking getto blasters....but now days that im setting into the distance like almost dead you know i dont listen to music so much anymore....even in the car, stopped buying it stopped looking to download...just a fuddy duddy now.... If i were you timmachine id get that foam exciter painted by an artist to add to the experience.....dont forget to hang one of them disco thingos from the ceiling and shine a spotty on it....get the Thai girls ooooh ahhhh....thats will defiantly excite them......and what music could i expect to hear coming out of them.......Bee Gees's first single? -

I got a choice for either a Samsung vacuum cleaner or a Samsung microwave, since i had both what do you think i choose? Like dont discount it anymore fellas just throw in something you dont need....when i was buying real world things that you use every day like taps basins and sinks they keep trying to drag me to items on sale with a pack of goodies....like buy this fridge and we will give you 5 pieces of useless items you can clutter your home with.....when i threw up my hands and said i dont want them just discount the item i want....they were stunned and the entire store fell into a deathly quite.... Thais like something for nothing.....marketing here drives the economy.... I chose the vacuum cleaner thinking the old one which was near new would cark it one day soon.....havent used it since the renos have stooped...so there...still in the box men a 3000 B samsung vacuum cleaner....can give to some lucky person for half price...arnt i good fella? if i was Thai id want 2999B.... -

For you Will.....went looking for details but cant find, tv is too big to move on my own....Oled, 85inch Samsung was retailing at 100,000 up till around sept last year been sitting on 65,000 obviously since around october, not the 200,000 b job i might add. Mr Time Machine.... im not like into tvs and i just watch netflix afl and some soccer on it rest of my screen time is on pc....since i learned to airplay because the body thing wont get the AFL watch app i noticed a few things.....Looks great but depends on stream...netflix is excellent and games i watched afl are very good too...soccer...well i subscribe to Bingsport 60US$ a year...they do stream afl as well but limited time span too watch a repeat of a game and im yet to test it out. This TV obviously connects to internet, my experience the tv search engine is very slow and clunky tried watching YouTube etc and yes i got a cheap mouse and keyboard for it, for Bingsport the streams from the tv google search engine were a bit ordinary found by air playing/mirroring from either tablet or pc a big improvement, best way to go about using the web on it is sit with your tablet on the sofa men and use it as your trackpad/keyboard, works very well... If you're seriously in the market Uncle Will....im happy to run up to HP and get the details for you, i checked the HP app and my TV wasnt listed or i couldnt find it, if you had the details you could order it via Pattaya at your local HP, i did that in BKK for hotplate and oven then had it sent to Pattaya.. Well the beauty of it is i can Airplay from tablet and pc and have done to the Samsung 85inch telly,....to watch footy and soccer.... I bought a condo and had every intension of renovating which came into fruition during my many trips to Home pro i would look at the tellys as knew at the end id be buying one....the 85inch caught my eye, the sales man tried to hook main of course but id just look and go....eventually chatting to him i settled on the one i bought, was 100,000 to begin with, over the 3 months i was popping in and out of the store it was getting discounted and going up on sale, long story short the sales man worded me up on it when it was about to drop so one vist i handed over 65,000 for it.... Was in HP late last week....it's still available for that price, of course it must be run out stock if you're in the market go to HP if none in your fair town they have in Pattaya suk rd store..... -

Thursday funnies..... This is an Hawaiian pizza game Will the Blues find something extra? no can only get pineapple....Will the Cats bounce back? Said pineapple only....id say Voss could find half that pizza in his lap....like who would back the Blues tonight? Lions, gees a week is an eternity, gone from premiership favs to cold Lasagne left out over night, in Thailand (no air con) no one will touch them now....damming bit of stats last night on one of the footy shows.....Cats nor Demons been beaten by 50 let alone 100 points in like 2 ys, the Lions? look a bit like North there men...In Brisbane at night should be a good game expecting a close one as you know Demons like to keep you in it for a long time....still to develop a killer instinct... The Pancake match, arivadechi Roma, excuse my poor spelling even Italian....song popped into my head....Dean Martin actually.....well Pies at home, what could it mean? i will tune into this game, stupid time spot should be prime time...... i will have a Tiramisu flavoured pancake, just add banana and nutella.....begrudgingly Pies might win here ....but fingers crossed... Time machine better get a heart check up before the game mate....or lash out and get an Apple watch....Crows known for , warning warning enemy @ 12 o'clock.......swift strike when least expected.....at home just the crowed is worth 4 goals....and like Tigers are now a mid table team so you know.....good luck you will need it and dont have any objects near you as we dont want a repeat of the missile attack a la Pickett..... Dogs to bring Lyon and Saints back to the ground anyone? there will be a flurry of free flowing beer at the Fitzroy drive through saturday night if they dont, Corona for me Chooks....im with you my man.... Fj will be up in the trees with the tree snakes come saturday evening....sky high with 2 wins on the board, never felt so good and no alcohol in his system needed....enjoy.... Rips men keep on keeping on keeping on like the ever ready batteries, put down your glasses and watch a movie....some pretty ordinary stuff on Netflix these days you know....like to know where these writers get there inspirations from.....like i just roll my eyes when contradictions arise.....honestly....just last night even...god dam they forget what they wrote 15 min earlier..... Well im off the Suns.....expect a smoothie here men.....nice tropical fruit punch smoothie.... In the match of the round......Eagles to turn it around....anyone? well you wouldnt risk you pick would you? American hot dog meets Australian meat pie....both have tomato sauce with it....blood? snack time cast to the time of the weekend when were getting ready to go out for dinner or coming home from a day out with the kids....says it all.......... right? Here we go go go....its play on at all costs, they set out to make it fast with the idea to make it a world spectacle, taken the defensive side out of it, frees are like scratch scratch 60% of the time, breath on them your pinged, not on about Picket and the missile attack. Wanna see some of that tackling come back...some scrums, wanna see Physical strength effort to break free and create a la Dustin Martin and Christian Pretracca sernerio, from my sofa watching on 85inch now......yes eye sight is failing...and was cheaper, watched the price fall over a few months visiting Home pro... Anyway im different to everyone else....lucky me...was/is the black cat in the family...meaowwwww, boring for me to watch is all i can say.... As for the head injuries and this new side to the long lasting effects of it, im afraid it cant be stamped out, even shaking the player will do it, soccer players are now known to have it, any type of contact sport is on notice so what do you do? Do people stop playing contact sport because you might get it? do you cut tacking out of all sport? Helmets haven't stopped it.... -

OMG...it's a sissies game now....in 2021 it was a slug and tackle feast now it's netball....baaa to Gillon and tinkering with the rules.... My Man Picket should have stayed on his feet...other wise it's a good advert for AFL sirs....see it in NFL a lot... You're a harsh man Will....hes only lad and 3 ys in......... I watched the first 3 games of the season after quarter 1 of the Geelong game i thought it a total of well being nice poo football....they're taken the defensive side almost right out of it, as a spectacle i was almost yawning during the Demon game.... So what have we got? a hybird of yesteryear that resembles Gaelic football..run at all cost...its the electric version of your motor cars men.......you know how i feel about altering rules etc....well were almost back to 1970 where you run and kick and mark and go back on the mark and kick and run and get a free yes so many of them for scratch scratch like we use to penalise a guy if he dropped a ball or got pushed in the back or fell on someones back or wrapped his tentacles around his throat..... you know stuff like that, no frigging idea what 65% of the frees are for now... It's pee poor football....i can see myself just tuning into one game a week...well i do mostly anyway but im known for watching a few i think might be a bit good you know....think it would be more interesting to count the pisspots sitting in a bar at 11am along beach road than watch AFL these days men -

So what did we learn from round one? Cats got of to a slow start last year too..... Pies? well im still tipping they will struggle, give them a few weeks then the cracks will open up, some one will wake up to drop a few guys in the centre diamond to stop there run and spread like if i can see it then half the planet can too... Blues? im confident they will get better...Tigers yeah they will win there share but on that effort there looking like Hitlers last stand at Stalingrad... Demons...wow how good is Simon? smart guy, running Gawn and Al Bundy, like didnt it free up Big Max to cause havoc where ever he was.....like a jennie out of the bottle....forward back in the ruck talking marks kicking goals brining it down...even Al Bundy eventually got in the act of kicking a goal....Look you would want to be @ the G the day both are firing....mind you no Fritch Salem or May....even Brown took two telling marks in defence at one stage......The other team has to find minders for Ben Brown and Tom MacDonald.....then contend with either one of the two ruckman that will be forward 80% of the time.....wait till Fritch is in the team....mid size that plays tall and small....then wasnt it a master stroke though one year too late (yes i seen that a long time ago) to have Pickett on the ball....running hot was potential when resting forward....told you i know my team better than the coach.... Ps it's time Simon gets Tom moving up the ground more often.....look....your forwards who often are beaten need to run a bit hot like BMW cars to get the best out of them...Picket was dazzling because of it...i rest my case... Well im off the Suns wagon.......,why i picked against the Swans is a mystery to me......Saints? happy for Chooks and Lyon and shows how bad i predicted Freo to be this year....but should have beaten the saints...Bombers? well.....maybe the other Scott will "stick it" to me... -

The sliders......Freo.....silly Egg Jackson should have stayed for flag 2.....Pies....yes Pies...second year blues for Mcrae, got lucky winning something like 9 games by a kick....sure the momentum swang for em but it's a new year.... Cellar dwellers North, gees.......well top of bottom 4...whos going to be worse? im expecting almost every club to improve, well Saints hit by injuries so there going nowhere soon, GWS new coach so lets rule them out, Hawks, well well...lets say they will stall.....Crows? i recon there knocking on heavens door...Port? i like Kenny, think there good to go may toss Trigers out of final 8, Eagles, history says around a 9th or 10th Finnish....Bombers...think the other Scott has a lot of work in front of him... History shows you dont go back to back often...so Cats ruled out as nothing more than a menace for the other top 7 teams, Demons? hey brothers there spitting fire or spitting chips, while Williams is still employed there im giving them a top Finnish...numero uno.....Swans...well Swans are one of the few well run joints in the AFL, not sure about a high Finnish though....and on one leg Lance.....Lions.....everyones writing them up.....they still dont have a defence....Dogs, ummmm.....let's just say well coached or its history for Bev end of season....Tigers? well much loved Hardwick is pushing poo uphill....used up all his cleaver tactics winning 3 flags, plugging gaps with mercenaries a la Wagner (ps how did Russian mercenaries get an english name?) i think there out but not brave enough to call it....as i recon Pies and Freo will be worse... So who ya picking today men? Tigers always start with a bang..... Cats will unfurl the flag Clarkson over Simmo anyone? Port ummm......Brisbane beach lovers club, i dunno......
