  1. The Thai guy with the helmet doesn't do anything to stop the fight but to stop other arabs from joining

the melee, he could have tried to get the drunk Thai to stop but no, he was there to make sure the

drunk guy can continue, typical Thai.....

Bullshit the Arabs have to take a knife Tha Arab looked drunk to me

  2. While the answers given above are accurate, you should be aware that this is not the whole story. Many embassies/consulates apply their own local rules that will restrict the number of visas they will issue within a specific time period. Further, although there is no absolute prohibition on back-to-back visa exempt entries, immigration officials may take a jaundiced view of a border run history that shows a pattern of staying in the country for extended periods without visas. When entering through airports, immigration officials will rarely refuse to stamp you in, but may do so if they believe you are working in Thailand.

As is often the case in Thailand, seemingly unambiguous rules are not consistently applied.

Probably wrong place for this but here goes

My girlfriend is coming from the Philippines on a fly in visa 30 days,

How do I get her a tourist visa 60+30 day visa any response will be appreciated thanks.

  3. They have a valid point.

No, they don't. This is everything that is wrong with the Muslim faith. Everything is an indignation to their religion and they want special treatment, special laws, even though they don't live in a Muslim country. They are entitled to equal protection, and so is the developer of the bacon factory. If they can prove actual damage from air, water, noise or any other kind of pollution, they can take this matter up through the political (not much protection from zoning laws) or legal process. Claims that this is some kind of indignation of their religion, a violation of their livelihood or infringe on their practice of Islam are specious and not actionable.

I could not agree more it's not a Muslim country there lucky they are allowed to preach in Thailand Christians or Buddhist can't in a Muslim country

  4. I misread...

so I deleted my post. I see where she already has been here.

But yes....just as we do..she is free to apply for a 60 day visa. and can extend.

It would not hurt to ask for a double entry...

just make sure she has an itinerary, and sufficient funds (10,000 baht), along with her address.

Thanks for that does she have to apply for that in Philippines,

Or can we do it in Jomtien

Ps. She will be traveling with me]

  5. whistling.gif Yes you probably can.....but I warn you getting a passport for a young Filipino woman will be difficult not because of the Thai immigration.....but due to the Philippine government itself.

Unless she already has a passport.... it will take time and cost you some money to get hat passport.

Thanks for that we got the passport no problem and not expensive I brought her here already for 1 month before with fly in visa I need to know how to extend it

  6. I know of a young Filipino man - a friend of a friend who came in on a regular tourist visa from Manila ... when it was about to expire and he wanted to stay I suggested going to Vientiane, Laos for a 2 Entry Tourist visa ... it was granted without question,

Thanks was thinking about going to Cambodia

  7. Also, it is not unknown for Immigration to do some preliminary investigation, such as visiting the domicile or contacting neighbors before approving the extension. Some Immigration Offices will require you to bring witnesses that can verify you and spouse are living together (Chonburi (Pattaya) Immigration does not require witnesses).

Thats it but doesn't say official witnesses

    Pattaya does require a witness
