So your going to have people riding on a bike or driving a car and trying to film someone breaking the law while they are themselves breaking the law ! ????
Not to mention the amount of armed or tooled up people who will take offence to being filmed and start on the person filming . 

Because everyone else knew it would be pointless bidding !!

He’s awful . His music is so bland and I can only guess he has made so much money in such a short time due to stadium concerts for the deaf and world sales as he’s not the uk top selling artist .

The extra flights are to cater for all the people heading back from Vietnam via Bkk after a great holiday .

But if they say it is for all the Vietnamese coming here then they have the wrong reason ! It’s not because they think it’s great here , it’s because they are coming to see what not to do to scare everyone away and turn the place into a ghost town !!

Does this happen everywhere or only here ?

Use a good agancy and pay the extra 25000 or so extra and you should get the visa 

 

I have been refused twice. First time my wife and I had been married for around 2 years and I owned several houses here and one in uk and money in banks in both countries . Wife had land , car ,bike in her name here all paid and over a million bht in bank for over a year. We sent in everything and they refused as we could only get 3 months bank statements due to short time before we were due to submit it all in bkk. They denied her as they said they wanted 6 months statements .

Second time submitted everything the same and letters from my parents confirming we were staying with them and passport copies from them .

They sent refused letter stating they didn’t believe we were married despite us being married for 7 years at this point and proof submitted by marriage cert and few pics , didn’t think my wife had reason to return despite owning car , bike , property in her name , didn’t think she had funds to get back to Thailand despite having over a million bht in bank for over a year again . Since then not even entertained the thought of going !

But my friend got married in issan , used an agent in bkk and wife had nothing , no money , no car , relationship of 6 months and got visa no problem. Wife’s friend also had no job nothing , went to visit a guy she casually knew in uk who was twice her age , she used same visa agent my mate did and no problem she got visa.

Think was 20-25000 bht the agent charged but guaranteed visa .

Plus the payments for gambling debt to pay monthly it doesn’t add up.

I’m thinking more to get them a good name and stop people moaning about them on that beach . Make a change from jet ski scams , threatening behaviour , almost hitting swimmers and shooting each other !!

So Sofitel has great bar on roof and Lebua also . Lebua is expensive and you tend to get a lot of people going there now to take photos as it was in the hangover movie .

So guy pulls up on the beach and casually gets off smiling before looking to see the condition of the kid ? No urgency and then first thing the kid does is walk up and start talking while getting filmed . Mmm ????

These three are Instagram attention seekers / pretties/ models . They were obviously hired as the owner of the place knew it would cause a scene and get them loads of P.R and they would make the fine amount back tenfold in a day and the girls get more attention and I imagine Instagram likes .

orapunfaii is one of them on Instagram and she is usually with the other two in her posts .

10 million or 100 million they are still built in the same way from what I see but just with better materials and finishing .

In samui 5% is the norm although I have been asked for 10% if they sold my house in a month for price I wanted . Didn’t take them up obviously !!

All of the ones I have met have been nothing but glorified taxis who took customers to the house and left me to show the customer around and answer questions. Now refuse to use any agents !

Smart . I have 55 inch Samsung with Netflix , amazon prime and few other similar apps pre installed. Connects to internet no problem and think it only cost me around 17000 bht from lazada .

Why would they cut the price ??

Sod the business , its all about saving face !! ????
