Several selling sites still have grandstand ticket . Best area to be in for shade etc . You can sit anywhere in the stand as no specific seat allocation. Wife went to first one and wanted to go last year but couldn’t get a grandstand ticket so never went although a lot were given to the high and mighty rather than real fans. 
This year can’t make it but it is a total success as far as can make out and very highly organised . Hopefully they extend the contract and change the track slightly .

Pretty sure it was decimated before this lucky excuse came about !!

As a wheelchair user the kerbs are a nightmare due to the size to handle flooding and the <deleted> like signs poles etc on them . If I’m in bkk I’m usually just at a mall and hotel via taxis but if you look around I’m sure there will be some places without huge kerbs and toilets your chair can actually fit through the door . One of my biggest problems is not getting in the bar etc but the fact the toilet doors are always so narrow . 
As for women being bothered by a chair don’t even worry about it , if you are funny and chat to them they won’t care . Plus obviously buy them drinks ????????????

Thai wife and I went for a week to hoi an and couldn’t have been treated better everywhere we went from hotels, restaurants,markets,using taxis etc.

Staff in hotel were all well mannered and helpful and most spoke good English , in market areas all the shop sellers seemed to be very chatty and helpful and no problem if you didn’t buy , taxis all helpful and got to and from destinations without fear of crashing or being ripped off .

Reminded me of what it was like here about 12 year ago and would highly recommend Vietnam and go back in a second !

You can buy the new tank . I seen them on lazada but I think was 2000 bht or so and I thought for that price may as well just get a new pump .

So if the gas water heater is outside and connected to the rooms by pipes then why is there a huge water heater in the photo in the bathroom that has vents at the side ?? 
If it was outside and just connected to the room by pipes then there would only be two taps or a mixer tap on the wall for the shower I would think !

You can get a 40 inch Samsung , Panasonic , sharp on lazada for 5000 bht or if not to fussed about name can get a Tcl 43 inch and a smartvision 40 inch smart tv with Netflix etc installed for around 5000 bht also .
