Maybe your Playstore isn't Thailand so you can't see Shopee? I have UK and Thailand and switch when i need Thai specific apps. Apparently the clinic on Buakhao near opposite Pattaya City Hospital will provide 400 baht. Do you test for B12?

At Bali Hai they had similar cheap wood planks that fell apart, fixed it once, fell apart, then just removed totally leaving cement which works fine -
Needed repairing a couple years ago, worse now, need to replace the wood with maybe concrete, like they did at a similar area along Bali Hai

I got my usual 90 day reminder email this morning so i did the online report, but it's been rejected, previously always been fine. Why would that get rejected now? maybe too early? Can i cancel it and resubmit tomorrow?

The % charge is usually by your own bank, depends on bank, 220 ATM fee is standard. When you get here open a Thai bank account, that's the best way to avoid fees

i would avoid dead condos, i call them ghost condos, your concerns are right, people will avoid, maintenance probably won't get paid and will get run down. Probably a high proportion of condos have low occupancy but still well maintained, owners away

I don't know how they can justify the increase from 2,300 baht in 2019 to 5,500 now, i reckon they just trying to make up the money lost during covid. Maybe falang price, i doubt the asians doing the border run bounce will pay more than before
