Easy to find 7k+ condos on facebook marketplace, Pattaya property groups, use the app it's easier -

In a more civilised country they could check for BMW skid marks to work out speed, sadly truck driver will get the blame guilty or not

Yes 500 includes outdoors, a lot of dirt in those outdoor units, maybe check with condo office, a common problem with some condos

Yeah self clean is generally filters in the shower but a proper 500 baht clean does much more than that. Instruction manual says more regular cleaning is needed. Problem is AC boys use it as an opportunity to say you need gas + another 200 baht

not really but noticable when an expensive car drives crazy, yesterday a Bentley, driving recklessly Thepprasit Thepraya and Pratumnak, could easily of crashed

The trucker may have looked and no BMW but if he was going way too fast couldn't stop in time

you probably think it's ok because over 50 and 1900 baht a year is good, but under 50 you get in a world of pain with border runs etc etc. Why should a 49yo be treated differently to a 50yo? both could be retired. Not much logic involved

the govt insurance goes up to 80k\85k medical if non fault, but i imagine proving that will be an issue

for the condo to be under foreign quota you'll need your bank to produce a letter saying money came from abroad so you can't just use any money already in the country
