    Apartments are different to condos, can easily be rented daily or monthly, can be 6k+ a month, look around the area you want to stay, or be specific and people might be able to recommend places

    Kinda agree, i did use COD briefly because I didn't trust items from China would arrive (like AliExpress), doesn't seem to be a problem on Lazada so now no COD

    You could get a sim when you arrive, if UK get a giffgaff sim and buy bundles by the month. You can get the sim delivered to Thailand or UK in advance
