For god's sake I expect professionalism. I pay them alot of money

I'm a co-owner in a condominium project, it has a Juristic management company not following safety rules, allowing visitors to park in the limited precious parking spaces, allowing strangers to come in roam freely, no security measures to stop an unauthorized person, many strangers freely wandering about common areas and within buildings. I've asked the building manager for email addresses for Juristic Manager and committee members but I'm ignored. All my safety concerns are ignored. I only know a few co-owners as most of the rooms are rentals. Any help, suggestions or assistance would be helpful.
