Nope, lesson number three. Don't be a goose on the road. Leave your aggression at home, give yourself plenty of time for your journey. Most of us are here on holidays or retirement, give yourself extra time to get to the bar/st room. When I'm on the road EVERYONE has right of way.

I see it way too often, it messes with my mind, why a foreigner would carry on like this. I've thought about it many times, all I can think of is so many of these foreigners haven't grown up. It's typical Pattaya, grown men acting like children, leaving their common sense at the airport on arrival. Grow up people.

Sadly some of the AN members are extremely bored, their theories and hypothesis are out of this world, always good reading, keeps me in laughter.

My condominium complex, late at night I see the security guards resting/sleeping in the swimming pool pump room.

Aaaah, this stuff happens all the time. A few years ago a foreigner leaving a sports club (Maprachan lake) was sitting in his Porsche and shot by gunman.

I'm surprised that there are not more of these road rage issues. I've been driving the Thai roads for decades, most times I hear and aggressive long blast of the horn or a lunatic yelling it's a foreigner.

This should be interesting to see how the 'special team' gets their man. ????

We co-owners were not allowed to talk at the last AGM. The Juristic people had their say and closed the meeting. The committee members didn't make any effort to say anything, worthless committee .

Thanks, I'll try the land office. The biggest outgoings/expenses each month is for security (most guards sleeping night shift). We have many security guards but they are not instructed to stop strangers (pedestrians) entering or check their ID. If traveling in a vehicle they are stopped at the boom gate and given a visitors pass, then enter and park freely within the parking bays, leaving the residence little parking

I'm a co-owner in a condominium project, it has a Juristic management company not following safety rules, allowing visitors to park in the limited precious parking spaces, allowing strangers to come in roam freely, no security measures to stop an unauthorized person, many strangers freely wandering about common areas and within buildings. I've asked the building manager for email addresses for Juristic Manager and committee members but I'm ignored. All my safety concerns are ignored. I only know a few co-owners as most of the rooms are rentals. Any help, suggestions or assistance would be helpful.
