    It must be me?

OP was happy to sign a contract under the terms requested but now is not happy. So why sign in the first place?

First of all I don't who my landlord is so I don't know if it's you or not. When I rented I told my agent I should pay just 1 month of deposit if they have more than 5 properties which they replied they don't. Funny thing is I found out they do, so it was misleading information from the start and with the new law can land the landlord in jail. Now I don't like doing stuff like this but they refused to refund my deposit for dubious reasons, nothing to do with how I left the unit. So if I have no choice but to explore all my options.

  2. Hello,

I would like to know if this law applies when you have 5 properties for rent anywhere (different condos, villas, etc) or if it applies only for blocks of at least 5 units in the same building ? Because my landlord charged me 2 months deposit but they do have more than 5 units for rent but in different locations and I would like to know if I can sue them criminally or only civil.

Good price at 349k, If it was a Thai selling it I can see them asking 450-500k for it, Sometimes you can tell is a falang selling a car just by the price they are asking for it.

The market price of this car is more like 400 or 420. But I don't really care, I just want to sell it because I don't use it anymore. I've checked the market before deciding on the price, and there is not a single CRV 2010 for sale at this price in Thailand, even less with all the upgrades like new tires. If I wasn't so lazy I would like to sell it for 420K, I got an offer from the tent for 330K and I know they resell it for much more than that. Whoever buys this is making a really good deal.

New tires bought 1 year ago for 40,000 THB. The car is in excellent condition. Serviced only at Honda dealer.

    Car registered in Chon Buri.

Actually the car is in Sukhumvit soi 11.

Battery changed on 25 January 2020.

Last serviced at Honda dealer on May 2020 !

    Farang owner.

I've been receiving tons of requests to know if I bought the car new, no, I bought it 2 years ago as a second hand for almost 600K THB, the previous owner was a thai "high so" girl who took good care of the car and spent money on it.

I'm selling because I'm leaving Thailand.

Yes absolutely.. I made it VERY clear we could not be there, she just wouldnt accept that and said we had to be. Not that should could say when we had to be there, just we had to be on call and waiting for them. After 2.5 months lock down, am not doing another one.

Together 16 or 17 years.. Married a decade.. At least 7 extensions in 2 different offices.. She said because it was an extension from a visa entry, it had to happen.

Time to move out to another country buddy.
