There are some fairly good eateries over here and I try to support those but sometimes the need for variety takes me over the road. Never go across on a motorbike though.

Nah mate. During the week I have to get up to take the daughter to school, so no late one's then but do wonder over some weekend's. However, when any mates come over It's a different story. Got a couple coming over in 2 weeks, so i'll be suffering then. Was across there last month and Ricky Hatton was in a bar, he saw my Man City phone cover and said "nice one blue" so I had a piccie with him.

I think Tukcom has a limited life left now. Pattaya Tai gridlocked with traffic and pedestrians everywhere but almost empty in there.

I have to drive there nearly every saturday so the daughter can meet her mates at Central. This past weekend the traffic was horrendous, seemingly all for a kite festival!!

For me, I couldn't be bothered with the hassle of having to go to 2 banks, do 2 transactions on the day and to get 2 letters and double the amount of photo copies before even getting to immigration

Yep. I cross the big road to the big lights less frequently as every month goes by. Add a couple more nice restaurants on this side and the crossings would reduce even more.

Any data to support that more people inside stadiums are more racist than people outside of stadiums?

I think most people are for kicking racism out. Not a single soul ever objected to players wearing "kick it out" badges etc. With the knee bending it's the association to BLM that get's most people's backs up. They should choose any alternative method to make the case.

In your view but there is absolutely no doubt that having competition is healthy for the consumer. So healthy that we have anti-monopolies bodies to ensure no single company can corner the market. If you don't have a choice, they have you by the short and curlies and there's nothing you can do about it. And that is what happens here. Oh and I remember having to sit in a freezing house with candles in the UK. That was when utilities were state owned. I suppose at least it's warm here, so last week on one of our virtually weekly electricity cuts, at least I was warm with my solar powered lamp.

There will always be misery for some. Businesses have to make a profit or they go bust. I live in Thailand where the water and electric supply is state owned / managed and it's a shambles. We aren't in the 1970's anymore but we have constant electric and water outages and no effective complaint process. There is no competition out there for us to switch to. I know, given a choice, which I prefer.

Tis good news for me though. Share price has doubled since I bought into them and an ok divi announced.
