The Kuwaiti man really needs to file that police report. So these thugs do not do this again to someone else over a simple word exchange. I understand Kuwaitis arrogance. But it does not dismiss the fact they beat him unconscious. Violence this way should never be permitted especially when the Thai men started it. I realize drunk and obnoxious behavior could set someone off but to continue beating someone until they pass out is serious. They need to change the laws so people like this can be. prosecuted without the injured party filing a complaint.

Actually, it may benefit foreigners living here as far as new laws being enacted and the rise or fall of the baht. If I recall the thai bahts value decreases during protests and an unstable government making our foreign currency more valuable.

Don't pay him nothing if your insurance is #1. instead make the police report and contact your insurance company with his information. He can sort it out with them. Since there is no injury and you are not the cause your insurance will probably tell him to FO. If you have video in the car use it.. Show the agent for the insurance claim. You are at fault. Even though you did nothing wrong. So your insurance will pay to fix the car. The mans parents can take you to court for civil case but, it will take a very long time and is not worth the problems for the parents for a few thousand baht. The young man is currently trying to threaten and milk you for money. You are able to file a harassment charge against him if he continues.

I recall Thaksin meeting Srettha the day before he appointed the criminal as a minister. Wife tells me that there is nothing Thais can do about Thaksins daughter either. If the Senators vote her in then she is legitimate. There is no proof Thaksin set this up so he could run the country through his daughter.

This is the part that really confuses me. A man, albeit the son, fires on his father with a gun in his father's shop causing injury to his leg. Turns himself in to the police. Yet, rather than arrest the man for attempted murder or even for discharging a weapon in a public place, they release him without charges. The evidence is there with the bullet wound. Why would the police release this man to give him the ability to shoot someone else or to flee? Surely, if he would do this to his own father then it would be even easier to do it to someone else.

All of this was orchestrated by Thaksin. Just prior to the placement of the convict, Srettha met with Thaksin. As the case drew more near to being decided Srettha was nonchalant about it seemingly uncaring if he will be kicked out of office. Now, his buddy Thaksin has had his meeting with the PTP and everyone emerged ready to place his daughter in the PM position. Thaksin has been making a lot of private meetings with the players in this game. Anutin has already voiced his approval as well to have Thaksins daughter as PM. Srettha was a patsy placed in office until all the cards were aligned and everyone paid off.

Yeah, i agree. The police should be focused on this for all people, not just kuwaiti people. But perhaps they did not single out only the foreigner kids. in a way, Dotcom is correct. His website is a free service used for people to upload and download anything. What was put in the servers was not screened so in reality the piracy of movies was not advertised. So, he may get off to some extent in a courtroom for piracy. If anything, the people responsible for uploading the pirated material should face prosecution instead of the owner of the site. I remember viewing some movies there in the past using link and none of those were titled from the actual name of the movie. For him to be held responsible will take a lot of evidence he willingly encouraged and allowed it. NZ has no obligation to to hand him over to the US justice system. So they are doing it for other reasons. I do know that the law says you are allowed to copy and watch movies for personal use. Not intended for distribution. Why? As a voter you are supposed to have a responsibility to choose who is better for the job and will be good for the country. If both or all candidates are not following this critique then vote for none of them. Make the parties find new candidates. It is really not that difficult to throw this election out the window and find new people to run. But as i see it. Republicans follow Trump adamantly. Democrats follow Harris adamantly. Whether they would make a good president or not does not seem to factor into their decisions. Harris surely might have a certain appeal to those who hate Trump.. Just as Trump followers have an appeal to how Bidens admin has done the country the last years and are afraid of having Harris follow the same path. But, given the situation most of the world sees the conflicts the people are making over 2 people who should not even be candidates. There is no strength in Harris and no resolve and no security in knowing if she will flip-flop on policies given the right push. A wimp afraid to rattle the cage. Trump is a dictator trying to use the power of presidency to make better the way he thinks is right. He is hard-handed and does not like to be told he can not do something and speaks out rashly.

Who says need to vote for Trump if you do not vote for Harris. What is wrong with you people? You are not being forced to vote for either. Yet use this as a reason to vote for someone who may end up destroying the USA even more than Trump may.

i have as yet failed to find any good reason to vote for Harris. So far she has not shown me anything that she is capable to do the job. Also, she speaks like she really has no clue how to reply to questions that are not pre-designated and prepared for in advance. Which makes me wonder if Biden actually wanted her as VP just to get women's votes and black votes previously. That same card is being played even now with her running. As VP she never said or did anything to impress me she was even there. Quite the opposite really since she faltered when dealing with other countries politicians. Even now, I read what foreigners put in here about her being so good. But have yet to see anything that they say has truth to it she really was the reason something good happened. I only see her as a voice used by the Democratic party to do their bidding. She has no self-thought and rarely sticks by what she says. i guess that may be the woman part showing with an inability to be decisive and to proceed without any knowledge. Gosh, even her press conferences are pathetically rehearsed. She uses her laugh when she has no idea what to say.

Look at the video clearly. The woman turned the wheel to avoid hitting the officer. Then the officer placed himself in front of the car trying to use his hand to stop her. Then fired his gun killing the woman. The only imminent threat the officer faced was self imposed. The woman actually tried to avoid the officer in front of her car. She did not try to move the car quickly either. So there was no life threatening situation for the cop. So who is at fault here? Cops in the USA have used lethal force or more force than needed and their excuses for a long time. I hope the family sues and wins and the police get a lesson on how to stop using lethal force to apprehend someone.

Looks like soon Biden may be facing some legal troubles of his own. Although, if Harris wins the election any proof of Biden aiding the son will disappear or be downplayed. Let's hope this all can be drawn out into view so the correct decisions can be made by the people as to whom they will vote for. I am most certain that currently Biden is teaching Harris what she needs to know to get her elected. As well as how to hide anything nefarious from the public.

HAha i need to look closer because i did not see any furniture with all that trash. My wife says this is happening a lot with the younger generation. They simply do not like or want to clean their own mess and will live in it until it becomes unlivable. Then they will leave it for someone else to clean up assuming no responsibility for whatever damage was caused.
