I thought nearly all Christians pretended to be christians. Boy if you hear what the republicans say about the pope on fox news you can be sure that they are all pretend christians. They spoke out about the incredible christian like ideas the pope holds. and It sounded like the story in the bible when Jesus pissed off the rulers and then they put him up on a tree to die on. Religion is pretty much dead everywhere. If people would just quit using it to screw others over it would be nice.

My kids grew up in Thailand, half Thai and Half falang . We left when they were around 10 years old and now they are around 20 years old. They both speak ok Thai but do not read or write it. They speak it only because their mom never stopped talking in Thai to them even though she speaks English quite well. Even for the 8 years in the states we lived she continued speaking Thai with them much of the time. The reason they don't read and write it is that I chose to home school them in Thailand as the international and local schools all sucked.

I couldn't leave them in Thai schools where they would learn nothing but Thai and the instruction that was available to them from international schools near us was pathetic or way to expensive and they would probably be strung out on drugs had they gone there. Neither have anything to do with drugs but they do like a swig of juice once in a while.

Oh I thinnk Americans can do even better in the future. Just wait and see. They might even elect Trump. That's one up. And then there is no telling how many even more stupid shit will come out of America. No we ain't done yet.

I am thinking to do this but hate the thought of the return trip. Have to accept it all together.

Such a great story as it shows how no one has any respect for the police in Thailand even after being warned. Over a hundred kids inthe bar and then what a wonderful laugh to see all the kids run away as most of them probably belonged to the police families.

I must be famous. I grew up around the corner from his family. One of his younger brothers was my coach in little league and the youngest was the pianist in a band we had in 7th grade. His sister was the girl friend to one of my good friends in high school. She was quite nice as was all the family. I never met Tom as he was a bit older than the rest. So much for reminiscing.
