So now its beyond obvious how this works.

1. Immigrant labor working for peanut to enrich wealthy Thai corporate interests - to the front of the line.
2. Chinese were vaccinated by their own country who cares for their citizens.
(Persona Non Grata) Everyone else - "Go to hell.  Free free to die foreign scum.  You mean nothing to either Thailand or your own countries." <---  A combined message from both foreign embassies led by the US embassy (China and France excluded) and the Thai government.



And elderly expats.  Die quickly.  Neither your embassies or the Thai government gives a rip about your pathetic old caresses.  You're the most vulnerable.  So just quit breathing and leave your money in a Thai bank for the government.  Just die.  Here, let us help by withholding vaccines. 

Kill the average Thai person economically.
Then reap the harvest of the discord sown.
These people at the top are beyond redeemable. 

I hope he reaps what he has sown.

The Covid Czar opened the gates up and allowed infected people to travel from red zones across the country to infect most of the rest of the country which had no infections.  The government chose not to stop the infection.  The facilitated it.  The government is 100% at fault.  And the satang stops with the Czar.

So Prayut blames the plebs.  What a class act.  But everyone has known that since 2014.  I listen to Thais.  Outside of Bangkok the natives, most that I know, are not happy.
Now Prayut - "It's your fault Thai people!"  Class act.  Now keep telling the people how you have vaccines of every type for everyone.

If Thailand interferes with AstraZenaca's contractual obligations to other ASEAN countries by stealing vaccine supplies via export controls - Thailand's industrial export sector is going to take a hit that may break the country's export markets.  No one will trust Thailand to its contractual obligations in the export sector if it pulls the trigger on diverting AZ export to domestic distribution.

The suggestions for using a debit card make sense but I'd need a debit card that is accepted as a Visa or Mastercard.

N95 masks

Meanwhile the general public are being told they are completely protected by cloth masks.  The holes in those cloths masks are about 50,000 time larger than the SARS-coV-2 viruses. 
So why aren't N95 being handed out to the entire world's population?

An N95 mask is not 100% effective.  Eventually someone will get ill.  However, the more interesting question to ask is - why haven't the front-line workers been provided with proper PPE like N95/N99 masks since this started.  Why now?  What should be asked is why those whose responsibility it is to protect hospital staff have put them all at risk until now?

Numerous observational studies are conducted showing the efficacy of Ivermectin and the same people saying N95 masks are 100% effective will tell you the Ivermectin studies are 100% fake news.
