    I also had a problem this week, I coud not the complete the transfer from my US bank to my Thai bank unless I sent Wise a recent bank statement "verifying my bank account" from my US bank within 2 days. (I have used this account for about 5 years). I verified the account and the transfer is back on track.

    It might help if you ask Geo Blue to send you a copy of the Guarantee of Benefits for your appointment via email, they're usually ok with that and send a copy in minutes.

    I'm having the same issues with Geo Blue. Claims I filed for services in February are "in progress". BHP insurance department employee said they told her they are "overwhelmed".

    I extended my retirement visa last week at Jomtien. I got there about 1:30 pm, took five minutes to obtain a number at the check in counter and saw the immigration officer almost immediately.
