  1. Why planning 3 meals a day? As my uncle always said, "I eat when I am hungry, sleep when I am tired, and wake up when I am rested."

Now doctors are promoting the benefits of intermittent fasting. Keeping your food intake to only 4-6 hrs per day. We all need carbs, but the excess consumption is making everyone fat. I currently don't eat until lunch and feel great.

  2. I had my lower lids done by Dr. Greechart at Yanhee. Not sure if he is still there, but you can check. I am extremely satisfied with everything except for the long wait to see him. He is very popular. In fact, after a month when I saw him, I said he could have removed more skin, but he basically said "Not worth the risk, you can always do it again."

As someone said above, it lasts a few years. Maybe in 10 years you will want to do it again. That's growing old, nothing lasts forever. Good luck.

  3. Yok Yor Cruise. It is toned down for a more local crowd.

Saffron Cruise. Very high-so for a more sophisticated crowd. Dinner jacket type of cruise. No thumping base and screaming dancing girls.

That said, many septoplasties are unnecessary and you should indeed get a second opinion -- especially if the symptoms that trouble you have not been life long.

Most septal deviations are aysmptomatic and what frequently occurs is that someone develops symptoms from other causes (allergy, pollution - especially in Thailand), sees a doctor for it, learns for the first time that their septum is deviated and wrongly assumes that correcting the deviation will solve the problem. They then have surgery only to find that the problem persists.

I like Sheryl's advice. I have had a deviated septum my whole life, I deal with the symptoms daily, but I didn't know this was a problem until someone told me it should be a problem.

My friend applied a few days ago and got rejected as his ASQ booking waas for 14 days, he was told to re-book for 7 days, so it all looks good.

Great news for those of us who travel in and out a lot.

I am finishing my last few days of 14-day quarantine. Beware if you arrive before Oct 1. The hotel told me that I cannot be let out of quarantine on Oct 1 because I was booked on the 14-day program. 7-day quarantine applies only to those who will arrive in October.
