Why are the "men" fighting in the pic?

Apparently the whole process took about 3 weeks as (supposedly) they made 24 "layers" of hair (at 4,000 baht each time)
Was she bald before the treatment? Maybe a wig would have been a better option?

Not namdocmai's i guess....and sure not in BKK. If you see namdocmai for 15 a kg in BKK there's something wrong with them....
No not Namdocmai (and not BKK), but they are also locally available for around 20-25 baht.

Well then i look at the mango's in W-europe which come from Spain. On the market i buy 1 huge red/green mango for 1 euro..those are almost 1 kg each.
That;s also cheaper than in thai markets and not subsidised i guess.
Last time I bought from the local Thai market it was 15 baht/kg.

But they used the closing time rules as an excuse to harass people for drug use
zi reiterate'l- check the complainants for their legal transgressions and check all the police and their extended families with urine tests.
But that would be, as you said, to harass people for drug use....

Bad. Useless waste of time and resources. Raid the complainants homes and see what there up to. Check their computer hard drives and tax records.
I was referring to this: "raided the Pump UP Pattaya pub at 3am after receiving complaints from residents of the neighbourhood that it violated the 2am closing hour rule."
I couldn't care less if they were using drugs.

Local "rules" applies. Bring the same documents you did last time.

Rabies is endemic in Thailand and always will be, this is because of endemic ignorance and stupidity of all things concerned with rabies
Yes, not culling these free-roaming stray dogs and not fining people who feed them is stupid.

a request by taxi drivers at Suvarnabhumi International Airport to increase fares by 5%, to raise the airport surcharge from 50 baht to 70 baht, and introduce a baggage handling fee of 30 baht per bag
Ridiculous! Dump a bag in the trunk at 30 baht per bag.

50Mb/30Mb speed for 599 baht.
I went to the AIS shop and asked clearly if they could guarantee that speed, and their answer was "YES".Unless you buy an expensive business subscription, they can never guarantee their speed claims. Does it not say somewhere in the contract, that it's up to these numbers?

'Which is the best deal' is up to the OP.
Point taken. Maybe I misunderstood his question. But still.....

Go Bangkok Airways, great lounges and have never had a problem since they started. If you are fliying in from outside Thailand check if they code share. Not cheap but very good.
"great lounges", yes possibly, but the op was interested in a cheap flight from BKK to CNX, not hanging around in "great lounges" at the airport. In fact Don Muang has a great outdoor smoking place (lounge) where one can enjoy a cold one and a cigarette or two, before takeoff.
Edit: John, no offence intended.
