they may make the repairs or replacements for the least cost to them, and why shouldn't they...it's their investment
It's unfortunately not uncommon that they try to "extort" the payment from gullible tenants.

Correct, this is actually a smart move.

Look in your rental contract about 'canceling the agreement', it should normally be done 1-3 months in advance. If you do that, you should get your deposit back. You should not pay for 'normal wear and tear'.

As I've said before, the fine for not wearing a helmet should be at least 10,000 baht. If you want results then hit people where it hurts the most.
Correct, but most people don't have this kind of money and they would just ignore paying the fines.
I think scorecard's idea (post #3) is better:
QuoteFrom day 1, anybody caught without helmet, driver of passenger and the bike was immediately confiscated
never to be seen again and no discussion whatever.

You seem to know a lot about drugs. Somehow you missed the part about "dealers", whom I prefer to call suppliers. They do not force anyone to by the stuff, it's all about free will an demand.

I already got a 30 day extension at immigration on my 60 day tourist visa (60+30=90).
I think that because I already got the 30 day extension at immigration that I need to leave Thailand for either a visa or an arrival stamp.
If I can got to immigration and get another 30 days then that is great. However I do not think that it is possible.
Sorry, missed that part.
Edit. Actually you didn't mention this in your OP.

Wednesday, AirAsia DMK to KUL (Kuala Lumpur).
Same day return for less than 4000 if booked now.
Why would he want to spend 4000b and all the stress ivolved, when he can get the same result (30 day extension) for 1900b at his local Immi office?

Alcohol is not a drug. While it and nicotine are addictive and are the 2 biggest killers, despite being legal.
Ganga is harmless, and non addictive.
There are many addictive drugs, cocaine, heroin, and countless ones given buy doctors, or even over the counter at a drug store.
Cocaine is not physically addictive. And for your information; alcohol is a drug.

She followed up messaging me saying she was going to get immigration involved and not allow me to leave (already had) and that I would never be allowed to enter Thailand again.
Send a message to the tax authorities in Thailand and have them check up this lady regarding paying tax for her rental business.
