I made 2 crowns for 15000 K in CM a few years ago. You could also have the dentist to "build" them up for around 700 Baht per tooth, but they'll not last more than about 6-12 months. Anything else broken?

The only card I have is the Departure Card but can't find any number on it, unless it's the number under the barcode in the top right corner.

A medical certificate is not required to renew a 5 year licence but is required to change a 1 year to a 5 year.
