Appears to me that the level of damage to the front of the pick up, that one or both were travelling at quite some speed unless it was a large heavy bike and the rider was also heavy.

Please please start with Sukhumvit soi's 3 and 4, not only do the illegally parked cars taxis and motorbikes cause terrible congestion they also create dangerous situations. Should be easy enough there is a police box complete with multi CCTV cameras on the corner of Sukhumvit Rd and the Soi 3 & 4 intersection.

Yes everyone knows what a money grabbing state the hospital system there (USA) is and unfortunately it's the same here due to the monopolization of the "business" by the private hospitals

Just look at the number of times pedestrians are injured while using the "zebra crossing" by motorbikes passing cars that have stopped to allow the pedestrian to cross.

In "other" countries the police are correctly termed law enforcement officers, they do not make the laws nor do they have discretionary powers, to do so simply opens the way to corruption. Their job is to enforce the road laws and laws of the land. Now for Thailand, .......lets stop here.

A concise and legalistic answer seems to have been requested. It dosent matter what you "think" or "in another country" What is her status? -
A teacher should be allowed a range of correctional punishments but not physical, The students should be made aware in advance of the powers available to the teacher. And when those powers may be applied should also be indicated to the students IE. yellow card, etc The penalties should impact to the parents. eg. One month suspension, fee penalty, etc.

So how come exactly the same display occurs at nana and cowboy and they dont pay B5000 fine. Oh sorry stupid me they have already paid in advance each month, and more than B5000.
