Maj. Gen. Siriwat explained, "The Attorney General will now assess whether the evidence warrants further legal action. Should there be sufficient grounds, an arrest warrant will be issued, and Interpol notified to issue a Red Notice."
Was this written by the Thai Tourism Authority. Totally absurd as all of there pronouncements are.

Away from 'those' sites, appreciate any suggestions for a sports site I like to read, https://www.theroar.com.au/rugby-union/
Used it for years, but this week all I get is:
403 ERROR
The request could not be satisfied.
Request blocked. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.
I've tried on two phones, laptop, PC, all same result.
?
Thankyou
Guess what, The Roar is back running.

Thanks for your reply. If I do that this year and then say in 5 yrs the inheritance comes in and I invest it in an oz bank or whatever.... can I then start to do tax returns again?
Do not see why not but as a non resident you will pay 32.5% tax on all income, not just that above the threshold. No idea how you become a tax resident again while living outside the country.

I have the same problem. While on the phone to a friend in Oz he checked that the site was still working. I assumed a geo block was put on or they had gone to only for the app like the banks are doing here. As you have tried the app as well and a VPN has worked for Ralf it must be a geo block. But why?

If you are non resident you don't have to submit tax return,
Even if you are a tax resident with income below the threshold you can check a box on their website that you do not need to submit a return. The confirmation was very quick so I have not submitted a return for about 5 years.

They are in plain sight. He could apprehend all of them easily if he wanted to.

Gee, some people are desperate if that is an actual photo of her. "Golf reportedly admitted manipulating monks, including Arch, to fund her online gambling activities. She also allegedly provided a list of other men, including politicians, with whom she was involved,"

Would you trust an Israeli drone after the pager episode in Lebanon.
Azerbaijan, Morocco, Estonia and India have confidence. The UK and Brazil did too.
The drones served Azerbaijan quite nicely when deployed against the Russian equipped and backed Armenians. Morocco has used them effectively against Saharan insurgents. Both muslim countries. The Israeli pagers operation was intended to cripple Hezbollah commanders and were not sold as military equipment. Unlike the drones purchased for a specified declared use, the pagers were actually imported for military use, contrary to sanctions applied to Hezbollah, so one is not in a position to complain.
You are pathetic. It was a joke, Joyce (if you know Oz TV)

In contrast Israeli UAV loiter models offer an accuracy of within 1 meter, and options that can carry payloads of 16-40kg. It has a maximum speed of 425 km/h and range of 1000km, with an inflight minimum endurance of 9+ hours. Azerbaijan, Morocco, Estonia, and the Netherlands as well as other countries went with the Israeli models.
The Thai drones look like knockoffs of the Israeli drones previously sold to Thailand.
Would you trust an Israeli drone after the pager episode in Lebanon.

Probably between 600 and 1000 baht per m3, depending on how far they have to carry it. Excavator (back hoe to Thais) 1000+ per hour for compaction unless there is a roller in your area.

I also received an email and SMS inviting me to apply for the Kungsri biz online but have received no username or temp password in order to log in.
All I can think of is that you have to be under 70 years of age in which to apply.
If this is the case, why did they send me an email and SMS?
Has anyone successfully applied who is 70 yrs or order>75 yo and no problems signing in even though it is against their policy statement that they ask you to look at.
One problem I have is the credit card is shown as an account but has zero funds available and zero owing and cannot access it. Spoke to their help line yesterday and they said it was a problem that would be fixed in a few days.

Well as one respondent suggested I got in touch by email with VFS with a few queries. They responded within an hour or two, nothing to do with them they provide the biometric collection that’s it.
so far I’ve been at it 3 half days, I’ve found a catch 22 and a few instances where the phone is an unsuitable device but eventually got one nearly finished. Looks like I’ll be uploading documents for a day at the end of it. Ie the same documents as the other applicants in some cases, typical red tape, I’m quite convinced it’s been made as difficult as possible to push you towards agents or lawyers. Probably corruption at this end.
If you are doing it through your IMMI account they have a facility to copy a previous application although all the information is not copied.

A question from a non user but have grown it in the past for friends when you could have 6 plants. Is that still current?

Good to see a couple of posters have actually worked or lived with the aborigines. Having done so myself there are good ones and bad ones, just like every race. The Land Councils that I dealt with are an absolute joke with their "pay for" permissions.
The amount of support and money already spent on them is enormous and most of it goes to the bad ones that are more white than black.
Would love to tell you a joke but I would be howled down and probably banned for being racist. But it was told to me by a full blood who does not care for the part bloods that create all of the problems.

Get in contact with VFS Global - they are the official Visa Partner for Australia.
Very bad advice. They are a bunch of money hungry A'hs and have found them very difficult to deal with. Trouble is you need to do the biometrics at one of their offices.

How do you flip a car on it's lid on a straight road, in Pattaya. I have seen it on straight country roads and many on our mountain road where slides are easy in the wet but the Thais seem to have a special talent for flipping them on the lid. Maybe its part of their driver training.

The OTP was the temporary password to use with the previous username. Logged in and changed the password.

It seems I forgot what I was supposed to ask👴. Do I have to go to the bank with the above mentioned printed out documents when I finished the application online and can already use Krungsri Biz online?
Thanks
Felt
I did not fill out any forms. Just went to the website login with the OTP.

Grateful if you can report how you got on. I have Krungsri Biz Online for my "joint" account, but I will need another for my sole account, in which I keep my THB800K IMM money. My fear is that the transfer from that sole Mee Tae Dai savings to a new Krungsri Biz On line might involve a clearing issue, whereby the funds are in the clearing system, (and therefore the IMM requirement of not dipping below THB800K). But if it's a straightforward (555) renaming, of same account number and the funds do not move out from MTD to another account, then I need to spend a couple of hours dealing with one of their geniuses in the branch.
Just received my email and SMS but both in Thai, not English. The USERNAME is the same as I use for KrungsriOnline and the temporary password was English characters.
Sign in done and both my savings account and credit card shown. Everything fine with the savings account but my credit card shows a nil balance and nil available funds.
I would hold off on the new account and transfer at the moment. I will probably need to go to the local branch and sort out the credit card if not fixed in a couple of days.

I think ones beloved beneficiary would rather wait a year and definitely get your bequest than find little or no cash available because of underhand/illegal/non standard practices.
Do you understand English?

There are some crazy replies on here. @xylophone has good advice. Taking funds from bank accounts before probate is easy but not something an intelligent person would do. I have a English written will that is legal but will take a long time to get through probate.

Maybe it is time for King Charles to start a new Crusade, and he would be able to do it in London without the expense of going to the middle east.
