Probably between 600 and 1000 baht per m3, depending on how far they have to carry it. Excavator (back hoe to Thais) 1000+ per hour for compaction unless there is a roller in your area.

75 yo and no problems signing in even though it is against their policy statement that they ask you to look at. One problem I have is the credit card is shown as an account but has zero funds available and zero owing and cannot access it. Spoke to their help line yesterday and they said it was a problem that would be fixed in a few days.

If you are doing it through your IMMI account they have a facility to copy a previous application although all the information is not copied. -
Report Thailand Tightens Cannabis Laws, Dispensaries Must Transform

A question from a non user but have grown it in the past for friends when you could have 6 plants. Is that still current? -
Good to see a couple of posters have actually worked or lived with the aborigines. Having done so myself there are good ones and bad ones, just like every race. The Land Councils that I dealt with are an absolute joke with their "pay for" permissions. The amount of support and money already spent on them is enormous and most of it goes to the bad ones that are more white than black. Would love to tell you a joke but I would be howled down and probably banned for being racist. But it was told to me by a full blood who does not care for the part bloods that create all of the problems.

Very bad advice. They are a bunch of money hungry A'hs and have found them very difficult to deal with. Trouble is you need to do the biometrics at one of their offices. -
Accident Driver Dozes Off, Flips Car in Pattaya Collision
GreasyFingers replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
How do you flip a car on it's lid on a straight road, in Pattaya. I have seen it on straight country roads and many on our mountain road where slides are easy in the wet but the Thais seem to have a special talent for flipping them on the lid. Maybe its part of their driver training. -
Just received my email and SMS but both in Thai, not English. The USERNAME is the same as I use for KrungsriOnline and the temporary password was English characters. Sign in done and both my savings account and credit card shown. Everything fine with the savings account but my credit card shows a nil balance and nil available funds. I would hold off on the new account and transfer at the moment. I will probably need to go to the local branch and sort out the credit card if not fixed in a couple of days.

Maybe it is time for King Charles to start a new Crusade, and he would be able to do it in London without the expense of going to the middle east.

Report Thailand Tightens Alcohol Sales: New Rules Take Effect
GreasyFingers replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Never thought of it that way. One of my first Government jobs in the city there were always counter lunches at the nearest pub but had to be back by 2pm. The real die-hards snuck down for one at morning and afternoon tea times. -
Report Hun Sen Threatens to Reveal Thaksin's Secret Betrayals
GreasyFingers replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Now what could that be, lets speculate. Was he wronged: 1.because the Thais were stopped from loosing their money atr the Chines casinos set up with his approval and diluted his cut, or 2. they cut off the internet and phones to the call centers set up with his approval and diluted his cut. Which ever it would certainly be about money. -

My wife hates Thaksin for that very reason and she had told me what you you wrote before the protests started. There are many Thaksin haters up here. -
Thai PM Calls Meeting to Discuss Police Pay Hike
GreasyFingers replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
The police have always been part of Taksin government. That is why they do not like the military who can temporarily tell them what to do when Taksin is not in charge. -
We had a shed of similar size constructed recently and the concrete was 2340 baht/m3. The type of steel reinforcing can mean a big difference in cost. Sorry but cannot be more specific as the work was done by a local "builder" with us paying for materials.
