There is still valuable information being posted in this topic, so I am not yet prepared to close the topic. So if any future posts are reported for off topic, baiting or personal attacks, then I am happy to give posters a suitable time out. I repeat, I am not here to censor opinions or the debate, but I suggest if you have nothing constructive to add to that debate then move on and stop trying to deflect the topic with pointless trolling.
