That he says it’s absolutely fine tells me that the opposite is true. It’s so good in fact that Switzerland wouldn’t let him in ????????

Hospitals are for sick people, if you’re not sick and forced into hospital it’s nothing more than a scam and open to serious abuse. Self isolation is a different story and there should be a way to enforce and monitor it. The successful opening of the country could screech to a halt when this gets around.

The certificate I received from the hospital in Bangkok was in Thai and English. If you have Mor Phrom it’s also in both languages. -

Yesterday’s figures relate to Sunday. For a more realistic figure watch what happens today. The weekend figures are always lower. -

And yet the statistics for both countries tell a very different story. -

I say you believe in them if you want, but me, I see exactly what the UK is up to. -

40,000+ cases and 150-200 deaths a day isn’t my idea of a continued recovery.. I’d call it desperation. -

My brother in law was just like you until he was on a ventilator aged 61 with no underlying conditions, fit and healthy. I’m not even gonna wish you luck, you clearly don’t need it

Looking at the pic I’d say the surge will come from those who don’t wear their mask properly -

Has anyone on the forum actually been refused a CoE? -
It’s probably best I don’t ask what you actually use it for.

I’m really surprised to hear this because the book actually registers YOU at the address and you’re legally not allowed to be registered at more than one address. The same applies to Thai people in the blue book. Probably the Amphoe not doing their job properly. -

I find it hard to believe that it virtually ruined your life, but you said it so I believe you. -

Absolutely right. You can do anything you want without them, but having them makes things much easier and often much cheaper -

How unfortunate that you suffered so badly. My experience was the complete opposite both when I first got one and then when I changed address to get a new. Costs in both time and money were minimal.
