This one kept my attention from beginning to end and I thought Riley Keough, who plays the white girl, was excellent. She is also the granddaughter of Elvis, if you can believe that.
Variety wrote:
”A star filmmaker is born. Directing a movie based on a true tweetstorm, Janicza Bravo works with the virtuoso danger and excitement we associate with vintage Scorsese or the Paul Thomas Anderson of “Boogie Nights.” At the center of this startling ride of a drama is Zola (Taylour Paige), who works part-time in the sex industry, and who agrees to accompany Stefani (Riley Keough) down to Florida to work in a strip club for a couple of nights. But as soon as Zola climbs into the van and meets the man (Colman Domingo) running the show, who acts a lot like Stefani’s pimp, all bets are off. Keough’s outrageous performance as a treacherous dim bulb whose entire personality is a kind of hip-hip minstrel show cues us to the film’s theme: that social-media fakery and financial desperation have combined to turn our entire culture into a walking mirage. It’s Paige’s Zola, the eye of sanity at the center of a storm of sleaze, who turns her artifice into sly survival.”

The general consensus in BKK is to live as near to work, or school or wherever it is that you will spend the majority of your time. Commuting can be hard from (roughly) 7 am-7pm so the less you have to deal with it, the better your quality of life will be.

Brand the Bangkokian’s with a Scarlet B so that they are easy to identify, hell we don’t want them in Bang Lamung any more than you do in Jomtien! Next, divert some of the vaccine monies to build a wall at the Chon Buri province border, only to pass if you can prove full vaccination. And Sinovac ain’t cuttin’ it, no matter what the Overlords say.

Are you sure the child is not better off with the new guy?
The mother gave the baby up straight away because she did not want to be a mum at 22 years old.
Real father spit with the mother and left the country knowing she was pregnant with his child.
The mother lied to officials to falsify the child's information on the birth certificate.
As for saying the 'gave' the man the baby, I doubt that. More liked sold the baby to him.
Great parents there. Poor kid.
Since you are prone to hyperbole and baseless conjecture, I will go off on a similar tangent and say yes, I am sure the baby is NOT better off with some random, deceptive, manipulative and unmarried Thai man.

I’m not sure if this is important but I’m living in Samui, I’m over 60 and I got vaccinated with AZ Last month.
I left Bangkok in January 2021 to escape the covid and moved to Samui. Seems like I made the right decision. I realize that not just everyone can pick up and go but when your health is on the line, it’s the cheapest form of insurance you can possible buy. Sometimes it just doesn’t pay to fight but to RUN AWAY!
Especially if you completely vulnerable without any defenses.
BTW, I love Samui
Good call. How do you find living in Samui so far?

I have paid for Moderna but who knows when that will be available?
Or, IF it will be available. From a recent BP article:
”Not all people who have booked, and paid for, the Moderna Covid-19 vaccine from private hospitals will get all their shots since an allotment system will apply, according to the chairman of the Private Hospitals Association.”
More by googling moderna thailand…

Considering the plight of many Thais - desperation comes to mind - and the apparent fact that you had 24 hours to think about why this person did what he did, no offense but I find your post to be a rather pathetic attempt to make yourself feel better. Gave the little guy a good bashing did ya and now feeling sad for yourself? Give me a break. I hope you feel like s*** to be honest, maybe next time you will think before you act.

Try going back home? I thought not.
Home has a comprehensive vaccine strategy and a government that operates with some degree of logic in most situations - the polar opposite of Thailand so it looks more enticing with each passing day, if only to get a decent vaccine…and to be able to jump in a f@#$&** pool if I want.

Sounds fishy. In this rental market you should be able to dictate terms not a fly by night “agent.”

I would never order online. Go to Fortune town and pick it up. There you see the sealed box, can turn it on and if any issues reject it. Returns are a nightmare here. Asus is 7 days.
Direct quote from the OP:
”The model which I want is not available in any shop. Otherwise I would have bought it already.”

I'm being terrorized by their YouTube ads. Every damn video. Dear God. I can't even order them out here if I wanted to.
If you are an AIS subscriber they have an offer for YT
premium for 159b, less than 5 USD per month.

There are better, local options depending on where you are in Thailand. I use Tuk in Chiang Mai. Works just as well and they don't extort the restaurant owners with insane commissions (Foodpanda takes more than 30%!!).
FP is well behind Grab and Hungry Now in Pattaya, in my opinion. Haven’t used them in months and, with this news, maybe never will.

If you want a more complete picture, you have to read both letters. The one from AZ to Anutin and the response back from Anutin.
They're both marked "confidential" so I won't be providing a link on account of Thailand's computer crime laws. But you can find them on Jonathan Head's Twitter, and other places. Nor am I going to summarize or comment on either one.
Just letting people know they're both worth a read.

iHerb seems popular, lots of info in various threads. Lazada full of fakes, personally I would never buy vitamins/supplements there, who knows what you’ll actually get.
