For domestic foreign passengers quite useless - 100% in Thai language, unless you can read and write Thai of course.
Ironic, it is actually your post that is quite useless - the digital health pass is in both english and thai. Looking at it right now, after having received my 2nd jab only yesterday, and it is already updated.

What does a "Vaccination Certification" look like? I have dose 1 on my Mor Prom app, and after dose 2, I will get a digital certificate, (which if necessary, I could print out). Is that it?
You receive a paper certificate after the second shot - it is in english and Thai and contains your info (name, dob, passport number, etc.) and shot details (when, which jab, where jabbed). The same certificate is uploaded to Mor Prom as well.

easiest is to just contact a reputable agency like AA insurance and let them do the heavy lifting:
I used Jenny at AA, high marks and all easily arranged from abroad.

Might use the gmail address below? From Richard Barrow:
According to Khun @NatapanuN from the @MFAThai, “successful registrants who have signed up for vaccination at https://expatvac.consular.go.th can direct their queries regarding the vaccination process (problem-solving/appointment follow-up/technical error) to [email protected]”

I would like to hear his explanation for the number of luxury vehicles he owns, and how he affords all the costs associated with them,( regardless of costs to purchase) let alone the property he must lives in to accommodate all the vehicles.
Is he a very astute investor and only a police officer to protect the vulnerable public from predators?
Saw an article that states during police operations he seized 400+ vehicles over the years and these vehicles were then sold at auction to which he was entitled to some percentage of the sales. Might explain some, if in fact true.
There is an article in today’s BP.

I like Damon as an actor whether action or not, hence I watched the Liberace movie, which, incidentally, is a good story although Michael Douglas certainly steals the limelight.
Definitely give Stillwater a go, I watched it last night and thought it was well done in that it held my attention from beginning to end and Damon, as he usually is, was excellent. Also, there is a little French girl who is a real scene stealer and quite endearing who really holds her own in the many scenes she has with Damon.

Well the AISPlay sports channels are still available now so maybe it means closed FROM 1.10.21 which would be a big downgrade. I probably wouldn't keep it if that is the case.
Yes, Disney is pulling the plug on a lot of channels in SE Asia, as of October 1st:
“According to Variety, the channels set to be shut down include Fox, Fox Crime, Fox Life and FX; movie channels Fox Action Movies, Fox Family Movies, Fox Movies and Star Movies China.
Sports channels Fox Sports, Fox Sports 2, Fox Sports 3, Star Sports 1 and Star Sports 2 will also be shut down.”

Check the Bangkok Jack post. I am not doing your research for you.
The Bangkok Jack article relates to a bunch of Thais recently arrested in Din Daeng. Took all of 30 seconds to figure this out.

Interesting that google maps lists this place as permanently closed, I wonder if true or not. Had an order fulfilled about a month ago, no problems.

Greedy landlords find a way to keep collecting rent even when business is closed. Only stupid landlords kick renters out and leave their properties vacant for years
A common refrain but likely uninformed and outdated. Are you actually in Pattaya now? For example, NWG, with 26 bars ATM, states landlords are not charging any rent for their properties.
