After 2 hours of slogging through this complete and utter BS, a couple of tips:
I initially tried Safari and Edge browsers, with multiple iterations of multiple email addresses - none worked. Switched to Chrome with another email address and it instantly worked, got the email link.
USE THE CHROME BROWSER ONLY
Next, when filling out the data portion, the form asks for a a copy of your visa and passport - naturally I uploaded both (2 separate pics) but kept getting an error message despite multiple tries. So, I deleted the visa pic and ONLY included the passport bio page, and I finally got the “registration successful” message
UPLOAD 1 PHOTO ONLY
I have nothing good to say about this process so will leave it at that. Time for a few beers and to forget this whole thing ever happened.

Tried it as soon as you posted it. Wanted my email address, which I gave, and then said "E-mail sent, please check your e-mail".
So far, nothing.
Yesterday we (myself, the wife and several members of her family) all received an SMS informing us that the Moderna vaccine that we had pre-paid for at a private hospital in Chachoengsao would not be available and asked if we wanted a refund (duh).
In case of yes they require a copy of passport/Thai ID card and a copy of the bank book for the account used for the transfer. Seems really secure, no chance of ID theft at all!
At this point in time I would be more than willing to return to the old country for a prolonged stay but it's not possible for the Mrs to get a visa due to Covid restrictions (closure of the visa center).
What an absolute manure show...
Same for me, registered this morning but no email as of yet.

Another expat registration site!https://complaint.consular.go.th/index.php?r=frvc
Could this finally be the one?
It's hilariously titled complaint. You couldn't make that up. What were they thinking?
These are registrations for I don’t know when and I don't know where.
I read a source that the brand will be Pfizer. Ohh la la.
High risk priorities apply but I think this is open for younger ages. Not sure if that means over 18 or what the specific cut off is.
Will this eventually supercede the Intervac hospital link registration scheme? As if I would know.
Note! For first doses only! Don't even think of trying this to start with your second dose. They've got your number. Literally!
Past vaccination record is stored in the medical database. Should medical record show previous COVID-19 vaccinations, you will be denied inoculation on-site.
https://complaint.consular.go.th/index.php?r=frvcHow’d you find out about this? Just curious

IMDB gives it a 7.8 rating.

He plays such a despicable character that I really felt a strong dislike for him by the end - IMO this is a sign of excellent acting, to be able to draw out such emotion from a viewer. Good recommendation.

Thai nationals only. Again. What was the government recently saying about bias or discrimination against foreigners?

My main concern in these areas is traffic noise.
What's the point of having a balcony if you can't sit on it?
Put clothes out to dry, small grill area, extra storage space etc. etc. etc.

This one kept my attention from beginning to end and I thought Riley Keough, who plays the white girl, was excellent. She is also the granddaughter of Elvis, if you can believe that.
Variety wrote:
”A star filmmaker is born. Directing a movie based on a true tweetstorm, Janicza Bravo works with the virtuoso danger and excitement we associate with vintage Scorsese or the Paul Thomas Anderson of “Boogie Nights.” At the center of this startling ride of a drama is Zola (Taylour Paige), who works part-time in the sex industry, and who agrees to accompany Stefani (Riley Keough) down to Florida to work in a strip club for a couple of nights. But as soon as Zola climbs into the van and meets the man (Colman Domingo) running the show, who acts a lot like Stefani’s pimp, all bets are off. Keough’s outrageous performance as a treacherous dim bulb whose entire personality is a kind of hip-hip minstrel show cues us to the film’s theme: that social-media fakery and financial desperation have combined to turn our entire culture into a walking mirage. It’s Paige’s Zola, the eye of sanity at the center of a storm of sleaze, who turns her artifice into sly survival.”

The general consensus in BKK is to live as near to work, or school or wherever it is that you will spend the majority of your time. Commuting can be hard from (roughly) 7 am-7pm so the less you have to deal with it, the better your quality of life will be.

Brand the Bangkokian’s with a Scarlet B so that they are easy to identify, hell we don’t want them in Bang Lamung any more than you do in Jomtien! Next, divert some of the vaccine monies to build a wall at the Chon Buri province border, only to pass if you can prove full vaccination. And Sinovac ain’t cuttin’ it, no matter what the Overlords say.

Are you sure the child is not better off with the new guy?
The mother gave the baby up straight away because she did not want to be a mum at 22 years old.
Real father spit with the mother and left the country knowing she was pregnant with his child.
The mother lied to officials to falsify the child's information on the birth certificate.
As for saying the 'gave' the man the baby, I doubt that. More liked sold the baby to him.
Great parents there. Poor kid.
Since you are prone to hyperbole and baseless conjecture, I will go off on a similar tangent and say yes, I am sure the baby is NOT better off with some random, deceptive, manipulative and unmarried Thai man.

I’m not sure if this is important but I’m living in Samui, I’m over 60 and I got vaccinated with AZ Last month.
I left Bangkok in January 2021 to escape the covid and moved to Samui. Seems like I made the right decision. I realize that not just everyone can pick up and go but when your health is on the line, it’s the cheapest form of insurance you can possible buy. Sometimes it just doesn’t pay to fight but to RUN AWAY!
Especially if you completely vulnerable without any defenses.
BTW, I love Samui
Good call. How do you find living in Samui so far?
Where would you choose to be for the next 12 months? If you could be Whisked Off on a Magic Carpet, all expenses paid, Where would you Be?
