Condolences to the families of the deceased..and hopefully a full recovery for the injured.
It happens too often and the reasons and solutions are clear, we have become desensitised to the mayhem. It will continue and we will just shake our heads in disbelief and frustration.

Love the pretty girls, but this shallow reality show has had it's day and the political correctness of the inclusion of a TG contestant is a good reason to kiss it good night.

These are the power brokers, what is the entrance fee?

Perhaps the best we can hope for is the minor parties will be an irritating thorn in the side of the Junta and cause some anxiety amongst the Generals.

"advocated"??? STOP with the stupid announcements (so beloved by Thai authorities who are well known for talking but very little action, if any) and actually FIX the underlying problem!
The country would get millions of more visitors if you provided safety and no corruption!
I sometimes wonder what it is that authorities do not understand.
What they don't understand is the need to invest, the need give a little but no they just want to take a lot. To take it all!

Slightly off topic, but can any one explain why BJ and his banner are not in Phuket with a gaggle of disgraced, arrested, illegal Chinese tour guides.
The local guides are screaming for justice but nothing happens. Chinese in, Locals out of work.

It will be tough for TAT to spin some lies to pretend this is not the case, when the evidence, or lack of it, is clearly visible to all. Thailand has problems with its tourist industry, and it is time for the denial to stop.
Remember the guy who recently said tourism was down by 20% he was replaced by the guy who said it was up by 20%.

I just spent two weeks in Patong. It certainly was not dead.
All of the beaches I went to were very clean, as were the streets.
Great deals on good food were not hard to find.
Plenty of friendly people.
I will be going back.
How did you find the costs, expensive?

Well this what we like Here at TV. com, entertainment Thai style. Grab a few mil for a garbage disposal plan, direct it stait to the local Mercedes dealer buy some property some baubles for the Mia Noi and then the bit we like, a few years of pitiful blithering excuses as to why the garbage problem remains.
Chose your emoji now.????

More meaningless drivel from the top.
Of course no meeting would be complete without a MoU.

Ironic that this eyesore commenced construction at a time others were being demolished for not being approved by the local authority.
Connections and cash.

While you are unlikely to be shot by police, whether you can have confidence in the Thai police is another matter altogether.

He's doing well as you would expect from someone of his status, if there is truly no other unaccounted income then he is one in a million and must have been hard to find. How about details of a few more nobs.
This really is the honest taxi driver story for the Hiso wealthy.

Theyre nearly there and ready to put it in a Thai context? So not really there at all, old boats will stay in service for longer one would think.

Basically he was caught red handed, not that it will necessarily lead to a conviction and even if sentenced to prison, he may never get around to doing time.
A Black Leopard may have to stand in for him.

As we noted earlier, this was rushed through by the law makers, to help the general populace, no of course not. To allow the usual elites to cash in of course.
I also noticed all the stoners getting exited about it, has there been any indication that smoking the good stuff will become legal?

"and... why would a waiter have a gun??"
In Thailand bar man, waiters all have guns. You didn't know that? And the question why would they have a gun? To shoot someone who is giving them problem. What else?
Thanks for that I will increase my tips from now on.
