I'd like to know how many litres/hour (L/H) of water I need to soak the soil for a 20 min
How long is a piece of string ? you left out how many square meters of soil you want to soak ?

Can store Hydrogen in a tank (even can make it at home )
Its quite dangerous to "make it at home" though..someone would need to come up with an "idiot proof" system for home manufacture.

I even recall seeing the 'Waitrose' brand, long time back. SO where can I buy it at? As in Chiang Mai.
Try Tops supermarket they often carry Waitrose products.

depends on where you live
Seeing as its the Chaingmai forum, Pattaya is a bit far away ! but I've seen Horseradish sauce in Tops at Central Beach,Foodmart and Friendship supermarket.

I found that Wasabi goes well with beef and is quite a good Horseradish sauce substitute but is much more powerful so only use a tiny bit. They sell it in 7/11

Someone must have a key to the caged-in hazardous waste bins.
There is no key as there are no locks.

That looks like exactly what we need here. Just out of curiosity, where was that picture taken?
Anything put in those bins is collected by the same army of scavengers that sort through the regular bins..most people don't even bother to use them and just use the nearest regular bin, there is no specialist contractor collection of anything put in those bins..
Photo taken at the Na-Jomtien government housing estate (AKA Keha Na-Jomtien or Bahn ooh Arton Na-Jomtien )

is the carrier 'bell travel' ? that would suffice I would think...?
No I think Bell travel goes from the Bus station on North Pattaya road.

Yes best to ask the driver to go to Foodmart Theprasit road...the bus station is right there.

PS: I dont know yet if the thai witness needs to show his Tabian registered in Nongprue (as 2019).
The "witness" certainly need to show ID and copy of house book ( tabien bahn) whether they need to be registered in Chonburi or not is a good question..as far as I'm aware they only need to be a Thai person who knows you and your wife but are not relatives/family.

I have some old UPS batteries that I need to dispose of- I can't think of any use the rubbish man would have for unchargeable 12v batteries. In California we get a fine for throwing e-waste into the normal trash bins. I'm feeling a little guilty about dumping these into the trash, bumping the thread to see if anyone knows of a proper e-waste recycling location.
unfortunately there seems to be no "proper e-waste recycling centres" around the Pattaya area...
just leave the batteries by the side of a bin and they will be gone in no time.

Does the Thai regulations still require wires to be on the surface so the electric company can inspect the job ? types of wire/thicknes and even the spacing of the aluminum wire thingies that hold everthing in pl.ace

technically your DVD player should not play a US region locked DVD but many times there is a "secret" code to enter with the remote control rhat allows bypassing of the lock...most no name players will play anything..many brand name players make it difficult.

I need not one but two witnesses during the home visit
Are you using Jomtien immigration office ?
-
They did not want a witness with us at the Jomtien office last time (2019) they also don't want to see the witness in any photos you provide at the office just you and the wife...when they come to visit at home then they will want a witness and take photos of everyone again.
