Aside from the recent 'attitude', has she completed her work to a satisfactory standard? If so (IMHO), a small tip would be appropriate (bear in mind that you might want her to 'temp' again in the future).

If she has performed "above and beyond" then a generous tip is called for.

I'm a little surprised by some of the public displays of ignorance shown here. Termites do not like sugar - ants do. (Termites are not ants.) Adding sugar to a poison will do nothing.

That's It, That's what happened to MH370, the pilot saw a Payanaga and was hypnotized by its non Oar fish like head, the plane then disappeared with out a trace and I would go as far as saying that if they were to dig a bit deeper in Korat they have a better chance of finding MH370 with all of the passengers alive than actually seeing a real life NAGA. The 100K Baht agents fee is pretty much average for Thais working overseas whether it be Sweden, Japan, Taiwan, Israel etc. It covers visas, flights and other costs involved in the applicant getting the work.
