  1. Will be in CM this October with the thai wife so will be able to look around then,

but, do any of you live in this area, wish to, know someone who does?

Just wanted to find out what it is like. Seems it would be nice to own a house where you could walk to eaterys, stores, ect. Comments please.

And yes my first post, HI...

    So what's it like? Thanks...MP.

Yes, we live inside, near Chang Puak

Like most areas, there are quiet sois where you can live a good life, and be very near the bars shops etc

It really depends on your neighbours and any traffic. It is very built up, but you can make nice places

we like it a lot, but land is more expensive, it's true, but not ridiculous

we don't need a car, just use bicycles and red buses to get around. so easy

  2. :D

Since I put my email address in my profile data on this TV site, my spam has increased three-fold.

obviously they are managing to access the database to obtain "live" email addresses

So take care, use another email address that can fill with spam and not bother you :D

    I hate them!!! :o:D

  3. 3.I never said i wanted to establish a lasting relationship with a Thai, they are too superficial for me, just like human puddles. why not read this?:

thank you for your deeply fascinating insights into Thai mentality.

So, in your experience, all Thais are superficial? well, I can only wonder why that sort of Thai is attracted to you ..maybe it is your patronising ways? ... or your superiority? ...or your rich man act?...

I dont know, but you are very insulting in your assessment.

Maybe if you behaved in a more compassionate way, met some real Thais and enjoyed life, you would change your ideas....maybe

  4. I may have missed this in a previous post of yours, but are you a Thai lady?

    ( Oh I forgot....Here is my Smiley......  :D  )

It's Ok, you can keep your smiley

and you obviously did miss that. I am a Thai woman.

Ouch! No smiley in your post...

    :D

sorry about that, it was a bad day for me!!

here is a smiley for you now :D:D:D:D

...sheesh.... that has all the subtlety of a Yao Ming (Houston Rockets) slam rejection block of a fadeaway shot by Anfernee Hardaway of the New York Knicks.... blasting the ball into the 15th row of Madison Square Garden....

    :o

    555555555! Siracha!

    I'm still reeling!

    :D

and you shouldn't reel, after all, I am just a small Thai woman

sorry again though, it really was a bad day!! :D:D

    well....it sounds good?!!

is it anything like a full blast, first-time legover swing from Frank Lampard 100 metres out from goal?

  7. I AM going to generalise here, as my comments do fit the MAJORITY of Thai men. From my own experience, and all my friends.

I would not go with a Thai man again, unless he was not like this (and I was not still married!!)

Thai men do not see women as equal, they do not want to be equal, they want to control them too much.

A woman has her place, but it is lower than a man.

I have found this many times, and I cant stand it!!

any comments, but remember I am generalising, not 100% Thai men are like that

    maybe 99%!! :o:D
