I found a speed test/ analyzer "meteor". It indicates; Connect 4G/5G Network AIS,DTAC,TRUE. Ping,up and down speeds. Best/worst signal at your current location My Dtac sim sometimes indicates I am coonected to an AIS network node

Did you not notice the road clearance of the car she was driving,probably 8 inches max and the guy was probably dragged over the speed hump he was painting ,road clearance here would be 4 or 5 inches.

You experienced the dog going under your wheels,this was not the case for this woman,any bump she might have felt would be her wheels going over the speed bump which she did on every occasion she arrived at this point

My Mrs is an experienced driver having driven taxis in Bangkok for a couple of years. But riding as a front seat passenger with her I am amazed at her peripheral vision,she sees,green bananas,fresh coconut, som Tum and many other roadside offerings whilst managing to steer clear of collisions in traffic. Many posters are commenting on the driver not noticing the incident, considering she did not do the damage with her wheels but with the underbody of the car and negotiating a speed hump at the time maybe this should be considered in assessment of her actions
