  1. Didn't work for me.Around 12 years ago Feng Shui'd our home as per wife's directions couple of hundred K baht later,wife happy but 18 months later died from cancer.

  3. Consider using Wise if you stipulate you want 65K deposit in your account they will provide a quote that will show you total amount required to make this happen. If you don't have a Wise account the demo transfer in there app does not include their fees
  4. Trade finance deposits are for international deposits only, I support my Kasikorn bank statement with credit advice receipts issued by Trade Finance,they will email these to you on request.Imm accept this for extension
  5. I update my book at time of extension renewal, Immigration only check that my statement is consolidated with my credit advice receipts and my pb balance is checked only against the bank letter.
  6. How often do you visit your bank for pb updates for your precious FTT? I go once a year at time of renewal end of story
  7. 4 years ago, as a Kasikorn account holder ,a senior Immi officer told me Kasikorn credit advice/receipts will always be accepted so this has been my road to annual renewal without any problems.
  8. Kasikorn/ Wise transfers are coded. GPS (Global Payments Systems) in bankbook , don't know if Immi is aware that Wise are using this for fx transfers into Thailand. For Credit advice/receipt Kasikorn Trade Centre will email this on request but for those without a Kasikorn account must go to Trade branch with Wise receipt and bankbook

  10. With all of the threads and posts about Wise/Bangkok. bank international transaction problems I personally would not go there. I use Wise/Kbank for my transfers, Kbank will email credit advice/receipts on request so for immigration I go to bank one time for bank letter , statement and bankbook update in basement at CW. Too easy. Ensure your recipient bank account name is same as your passport prevents ID issues with your transactions

  12. Wise will send money to Thailand from Australia. If you use Kasikorn bank your transfers will go directly to your account,no intermediary involved.Kbank can email to you a credit advice/receipt for each transaction free of charge,these are accepted by Thai immigration as proof of international deposit. No need to worry about passbook entries .. Your Kbank and Wise accounts must be in same name as your passport to avoid any transaction identification issues.

  14. Did immigration accept the GPS (Global Payments System)code in your Kbank bankbook ? Or did you need to provide other documents?
  15. I must contact call centre they email credit advice same day. From what I read " long stay in Thailand" is. A dud. Bbk customers must have their recipient accounts tagged for direct transfers,no partners to be used
  16. FYI, Wise to Kbank transfers do a local transfer to recipients account,one must get a credit advice from their international division for immigration purposes
  17. If you are using Wise then Check your Wise receipt it will indicate which Wise partner made the deposit, probably Kbank or Deemoney. If Kbank take bankbook and Wise receipts to one of their trade/international branches and request credit advice for these transactions. If Deemoney 028215555 and request receipts for those transfers these are all accepted by immigration

  19. Passwords for app and desktop are not the same, try logging in on desktop select forgot password send email address in confirmation mail create new password and then continue to loginvia desktop,take note that this will not change your app password Worked for me last Wednesday

  22. I have been using the app for previous reports but now cannot process as "arrival details not found". I applied for and received a certificate of residency 3 weeks ago all was good then. I have now mailed my current report docs.
  23. You should contact Wise ask them to " flag" your account for direct transactions only don't direct transfer via an intermediary partner
