I see no reason Immigration would have an issue. As to 10 year lease, I would rent for a year, demonstrate to the owner that you are responsible and then renegotiate. Also long term leases generally almost have some provision where the tenant is now responsible for repairs and maintenance costs, this is the incentive for an owner to give a break on rents.

Where do i find a list of all land departments of transport, 0r can you recommend a good one in Bangkok. I stay between BTS Sala Daeng and BTS Chong Nonsi.
Just get on the BTS and go to Chatuchak DLT. About a 10 minute walk from BTS Mochit...this is the main office in Bangkok.

Whole family crunches away on insects in my house, everytime I open the 'fridge there's always a big stash inside. Revolting IMHO.
It's comfort food for many who grew up poor in remote villages. Reminds them of home and childhood

The banks are also working to improve the filing system on the confiscation of accounts involved in online crimes.
A couple of years ago when Kasikorn issued new chipped cards, I had to go into the branch and file a bunch of paperwork to get my new card. At the same time I noted several customers doing the same but with stacks of account books....the lady next to me must have had 30 accounts that she was getting new cards for....perhaps they should start with customers like this and question why she has 30 accounts...

You'll notice in the posted video the guy was correctly seeking a 'tap' and not a 'stopcock'. Don't get tongue tied when you get to the counter.

It's a traffic version of the Peter Principle: traffic expands to fill the (new) space available.
Back in my home state of NJ, I endured years of commuting on Interstate 287 during construction, sometimes adding hours to a drive, within a year after it was completed, the extra lanes were jammed bumper to bumper....so true

Thank you ! Still, going from Bang Kapi to Victory Monument is not easy. The problem is the construction of the Yellow Line (monorail), making traffic horrible near my apartment.
I used to live out that way....used to take the San Saeb boat from the pier behind The Mall BangKapi to get around heavy traffic times. A possibility to circumvent the clogged roads.

I ordered one CU 15? (or 50?) led light bulb because they are hard to source here & got about a 10 year supply (5 extras)....
Is there a special box I need to check to get my orders fk'd up like the rest of you guys....?
Everything else, so far, so good....
I think in some cases sellers offer several options, which are shown below the main item.....different colors/sizes/configurations....I knew one guy who was always complaining about messed up orders until he realized he was not selecting the proper item he wanted.

If you have a job in Thailand (and a work permit) surely they don't want to see the income coming from abroad.

Doesn't a monthly bank statement show the same ? I have friends who show monthly income for extension, all they show is monthly bank statements showing incoming foreign transfer.
If they use a peer to peer transfer service as opposed to SWIFT then it may not be flagged as a foreign transfer

You want a Credit Advice Receipt for your transfers

Booster shots and scheduling (Via mobile phone provider sites) readily available in Bangkok. Perhaps you should contact local Pattaya officials and ask why they are behind.
