I just want to know if my understanding is correct. Police are public servants. They are paid through taxes paid by the citizens of this country. In effect, they are employees of the tax-paying citizens. As Employers, don't tax-paying citizens have the right to demand good service? NO? Oh! Okey....

There is a branch of government that is supposed to be responsible for that - isn't there? It's called the Ministry of Public Health - Right? So why is the RTP trying to usurp the role of the MPH? Is the RTP qualified to provide those services?

I just had an Idea. These type of meetings should be done with English Language Students. After each meeting, these English Language students will have a better understanding of the English Language. Then there will be ABSOLUTELY no need for Expensive English Language Teachers coming from Farangland.
