I know this is mentioned in the CM forum but was wondering if there was any ATMs not charging it in the 'Rai.

I noticed the Bank of Ayuttaya and the Kasikorn Bank weren't charging ATM fees earlier in the year but haven't had time to check them out since my recent return.

Heard the Gov. Bank across from Bangkok Bank didnt charge, but dont know personally.

Long time ago, 6-7 years, there was a monthly magazine i Chiang Mai that also had a section for Chiang Rai. Is that one still around ?

I have found "City Life" and understand that one is a monthly one. Is that a free magazine living on ads?

I am NOT going to start a new magazine, just a friend wants to have some ads in Chiang Mai and I try to help him.

i would take a lawyer with you just incase the land office say no.

If your wife has custody of your son you should realise that she will have control over the land for your son until he is old enough to control it himself, but she will have to go through the child courts if she wants to sell it. The child office will then decide if it's in the childs best interest.

Planned on taking lawyer to show Thai law, and i have custody.

I had land that was in my ex-wifes name transfered into my daughters name, my daughter was only 4 years old at the time. This was done through a divorce agreement that i had drawn up prior to the sxxt hitting the fan. They used my daughters finger print to sign the title deed.

This was in the land office in Sakon Nakhon
