For the record, I don't mind the OP getting a doggy visa and myself I would jump at the opportunity to pay 750.000 for permanent residency if it was legit (remember legit people wait years for it even with all the documents and only a limited number is allowed)

I only mind that he calls it a legit visa, and it is not.

Everyone can make his / her own choices about this and this is to me a victim-less crime that rates far lower on my radar as farangs and Thais who drink and drive.

OP, depending where you live, there is a way to get scratches out, if not too deep.

Just polishing would not do it, but in Pattaya, Soi Neumblawan, all the way down, on the right hand side, there is a car wash which advertises scratch removing.

To change to a Non-B in Thailand it is for the purpose of employment, something the OP is not doing. You can't change in country to a Non-B because you are looking for business.

Clearly you can change for 75K, though as i said, many others could for half that price
