I hang my head in shame. After all my bad mouthing my local immigration office ( Ratchaburi ) I have just received my approval on the new 90 day reporting system. I signed up on the 6th Dec. got the auto reply back same day. I have been waiting for an approval or rejection since. I tried to use the old 90 day report , but it told me " to report to my immi office ...." So I mistakenly thought that I should have had a rejection e mail at least from the new system. As I got nearer my report date , I (wrongly) assumed that my office were ignoring online applications , as I have had this happen a few times previous. This approval has come after my latest ext. which was in November was done with a new passport ( stamps from old passport to new were done in Oct.) Once again my apologies to Immigration .......????

Well once again it looks like my office doesn't want to play. Another 120 klms round trip on Friday.

NordVpn customer service is abysmal. I had a problem before and nobody could fix it. Everytime they made a suggestion , I would do what they told me to do and when it didn't work i contacted them again. It got to a stage where I was on my EIGHTH customer service agent , each customer service agent could not follow the tracking of the " service number " because it changed everytime I contacted them. In the end it wore me out , having to go through everything everytime a new customer service agent got involved. I am pleased my term with them is coming to an end. They are not easy to deal with.

Well please tell me how to . I have tried using different servers etc. and it still will not work on BBC Iplayer.

I received the auto generated response on the 6th December. Nothing since.

Is there a downside to using a free VPN ? There is always the paid version if that has better security , or would a paid version just offer more features ?

I saw this and added it as a Chrome Ext. on my Mac and I was able to connect and watch BBC Iplayer for the first time in ages.

I wouldn't even mind a rejection. Our lot tend to ignore things like this , and when I ask them about " overstay " on the app. or the fact that they haven't responded to an online application for a couple of years , the answer is always the same . " No worry , you can come to the office to do "

If that was the case , why hadn't they been to your house to arrest you ?

Like UbonJoe suggested , take your rejection letter /e mail with you when you go , and ask them why you were rejected.

On a Mac.

I have just tried it after clearing my cache etc. and got the " BBC iPlaver onlv works in the UK. Sorrv. it's due to rights issues." This is my Nord VPN setting.

I can't even connect with BBC Iplayer with Nord VPN. Every time I try and connect it just tells me I am not in the UK and cannot access it.

Which office ?

They could be working on the system that shows " overstay " I and lots more people on here saw this on the Immigration mobile app. I was on " overstay " for 362 days when I got my last extension. The Immi aren't bothered about that, as long as you are in their computer as legit. But that also means you never will be able to do an online report.

Now't like living on the wild side...????

Ratchaburi. On my first Two extensions , Yes. but I have just done my third and nobody mentioned it. But I also know that people using the same office were not asked after their Second ext. It is all a bit hit and miss I'm afraid.

So why did they allow pool tables to stay and remove dart boards. Is it just another cunning plan they have that us white faces don't get ?

While in itself it is correct to follow your local immigration office requests , how do they know if you did the 3 month bank report ? I did that on my two extensions after this " rule " was introduced , and both times the IO just looked at it and said okay. There was no record made in my passport and they did not keep any of the paperwork . Just to add , this was not in Jomtien.

I understand that , but where are the officers located who approve or reject your application. Are they sat in Bangkok or does your local immigration office deal with them ?

Are these e mails coming from a central source or are they coming from our local immigration office ?

How are people receiving e mails , rejected or otherwise on a Holiday when Immigration is not working. I also noticed there were some recipients of e mails last night (Nebrot and RPOB) 10 and 11 0clock.

I enter mine as 3/10 always have done . I just checked my return pending .pdf and it is typed as 3/10. I haven't been approved or rejected yet , mind you , my immigration office has a history of totally ignoring online applications .
