I assume the resort has already done a TM30 report when you first moved in.
You may need a letter from the resort stating you are staying on long term bases on month to month agreement.
If varies office to office as to what they require.
I'm not sure about the TM30 what is it?

Hi I will need to extend my non B visa. Last year I was living with X wife so proof of address was straight forward. I'm now living in a resort renting a room month by month, what will I need for proving my address when my extension or renewal is due?

mfa do not translate anything they just issue a stamp. best get your embassy letter and either go direct to an agent or like we did headed to mfa and employed an agent there. There are many about. When we did it we paid 1500b handed over our details, signed a form and went home. The docs turned up, at home, 5 or 6 days later. either way it will not happen on day 1. aha maybe it will with the lack of overseas visitors around.
Do you need to translate affirmation of Marriage and passport?
-
Hi. How long will it take to get the affirmation translated and legalised by MFA. Wondering if it's something that can be done in one day or should I hand the docs in and ask for them to be posted?

During that time you should work on obtaining the five year teaching license. This is not a waiver, it's a fancy looking card you can carry and work at different schools with. For this you will need to stay at one school for at least two years, then fill out an application, and obtain the necessary signatures from your supervisors. After this, no more waivers, and changing schools becomes a lot easier.

Doesn't mention teaching at a school for 2 years, says teaching not less than a year.

Hi, have booked an appointment at the Embassy to swear the affirmation for marriage, the UK gov website are arranging the date. They said I might need my passport certified which can be done during the swearing of affirmation for 25 pound, I thought it was supposed to be done at Ministry if foreign affairs along with translating the affirmation, should I certify it with embassy or Ministry of foreign affairs.

If I recall correctly the teaching waiver is tied to a particular school your are working for.
When change to another school they will have to be apply for a new work permit to get a approval letter for it and other supporting documents on the day your current extension of stay ends.
Moved to Teaching forum for input on the teaching waiver.
Thanks, last year had to get the waiver before wp.

Hi, my non b and work permit are valid until may 16 2021, my waiver from TCT us valid until 2022, but I want to change schools when my contract ends on May 16 2021 I'm a bit worried about the timing. I think if I change schools I will need to apply for new waiver from TCT and it needs to be done 30 days before visa expires or can I use the waiver for the next school

Some of you might be right, but they say the lord works in mysterious ways. I had a bad break up, mostly due, in my opinion to her drug addiction and unfortunately our 2 kids have been and are caught in the middle of it. I decided to go through with the divorce giving her everything we have accumulated over 15 years and full custody of the kids. I met a new woman on Tinder after the break up and she has been there for me during this difficult period. She has helped me a lot by just being someone I can talk to and I believe she is a good person, she wants to marry and I feel happy to do so, I believe at our age we both would like to meet someone to grow old with as opposed to being alone.

You will need all of the same documents you had to get married here the first time.
That is a affirmation of permit to marry from you embassy and etc.
Hi Ubon Joe. Sorry but I first got married 15 years ago. I can't remember what the documents were.

i use my rental agreement as proof of where i live. signed by the landlord with his ID. for some things needs translating and notarising, but not for your plans.
if your living in yr new girlfriends place, then i don't know for sure, except maybe signed copies of her rental agreement or TB?
Yeah think might be the way to go. Wasn't sure if was an alternative. Thanks

You'll need a signed copy ( after printed out) of your ex wife's ID.
Neither your work permit, nor your new gf can help you with that.
For all who believe that the marriage is going downhill, always keep such a signed copy somewhere where she doesn't have access to.
I've had huge problems to get my big bike in my name just because of such an idiotic rule. Having the book alone doesn't mean much, they want to have this copy. Signed after printed out.
I can get that. But my post is about confirming my address

Hi. Thanks for everyone's input in the last few months regarding my divorce. I got divorced agreed for my X to keep everything. All I wanted was my car which she agreed and has been noted in the divorce agreement. Problem I have now is changing the car to my name cuz I'm in a resort at the moment and need to get my address confirmed by the tourist police or immigration before the transport office will do this.
I have a work permit and contract at a school. So may be able to do it through the school or my new girlfriend has offered to confirm I live with her. Any ideas?

Hi. I would like to add that my wife is not allowed to take kids to live in another country without my consent before agreeing to the divorce. Is it possible to do so and would it be legally binding
-
Hi, does anyone know where and what docs. I need for the police clearance/background check in Bangkok, I want it to apply for a work visa for China at the Chinese embassy in Bangkok.
I am from the UK. I have a non B visa and work permit here in Thailand.

If me and wife agree to divorce at local office, is it a generic form that needs to be signed or does it have to be done with solicitors and agreements. If just a generic form with no conditions, how much does it cost.
