    Same here in Pattaya , every thing the dum dums in cityhall start take forever to finit , maybe should hire some real constructers from other countrys to get thing done them would probably finit the same work in 1 month what Somchai use 12 month to finit.

    Did the trip 4 weeks ago whit the office next to Immigration 5500 baht and no need for covid paper , left 08.00 morning back 16.00 and agent take care everything just lay back and chill.

    Same whit me 8 year no problem and smooth sailing to get my exstension based on marrige but in 2018 them start make problems and every year more and more but instead of pay of this coorupt officials I pick up my EliteVisa on Friday and will never ever have to deal whit this people again , yes cost alot but for me worth every baht.
