The hole f..... city is a complet dissaster sone , under 1.5 year when the city was a gost town under Covid19 lockdown nobody work on anything in the city , then when the city slowley start to open up again the dum dums in city hall deside that know was the good time to dig up the city everywhere Walkingstreet , Soi Bukaow , Thepprasitt Road , Half second road , Thirdroad south Pattaya etc etc. I dont think you need very high IQ to get work at Pattaya Cityhall , the building of dum dums.
