They are indicating it was a possibility and that the vaccine might have not been compatible, but that's just the doctor they spoke with. All speculation of course, but a news story none the less.

Channel 32 news is reporting now on a Medic who just received a Pfizer booster vaccination being found deceased at home. He apparently had the booster yesterday the 10th. His 2 previous vaccines were of Sinovac. Sad.

Think your missing the point. My GF's daughter, 7 years old was sent home from the hospital still sick, but not needing treatment except for the Favipirvar and the paracetamol. She was to isolate for 14 days at the end she was to be retested and then also given a chest x-ray to ensure she had cleared. She was not discharged as being healthy nor given a medical certificate they give you when they truly discharge you from care.

All one can do is hope for the best, while also being prepared for the worst.

Yes sir I can attest to that as the GF's daughter was released and sent home with meds to last her for 2 weeks. She is coming to the end of her home isolation, will be tested once more as well as given a chest x-ray, and then she wants to come back home to us from her fathers house.....time will tell. She had lost her sense of smell and her ability to taste, poor 7 year old little girl, she was also on supplemental oxygen.

Not sure it was contingent on just over 90 as the original article stated. The sandbox as far as those arriving has shown a few infections, but the real question is how many of those working in the sandbox venues have tested positive after being vaccinated. We never hear about that now do we. I do not wish a failure of the sandbox schemed, I just want to ensure that those arriving are not in danger of becoming infected by someone on the island they are around. The cases of those isolating at home on Phuket who have been tested with the ATK rapid tests is also an unknown. I would hope there would be full disclosure of all so people can make informed decisions on their travel and visitation. Waiting to see todays numbers for all the provinces to see where it is growing. Looking over the past two weeks for Udon Thani the numbers have dropped into the 100's and then pushed up over 200 then dropping back down and then going up again. Not sure what's really going on their.

The hacker identified himself, and is apparently a white hat who exploited a chink in the programming to prove a point to the company. All the assets will be returned someone has stated. We shall see now won't we. My crypto is safe and secured in my own wallet and then the ETH I had was converted to ETH2 and has been staked in return for a 6% interest. We shall see where this goes. Bangkok's numbers are on an upward trend despite an OP three days ago that indicated the numbers were declining. There were those that thought we may have peaked here in Bangkok as well as with this wave, but as you can clearly see this is not the reality. Add in the fact that over 90% of known cases are of the delta variant and one can also see how virulent and deadly this wave has been to Thailand. As far as recoveries go, we know that those are not really 100% recovered folks who have no symptoms but are those that are being sent home to isolate with medications so that more serious cases can be admitted. True the ATK rapid test kits are assisting in identifying those who are positive, but then those cases are only added to the totals when a PCR test is done to confirm the positive result and then is needed for admittance to a field hospital, a hospitel or the hospital itself. It is interesting to see that the number of deaths has declined for the day, and to understand that we must look at the total number currently in the CCU's and the ICU's and on ventilators, as well as those that may have passed at home before getting to a hospital to identify the trend as it relates to numbers from approximately 2 weeks ago. Without treatment and by staying at home I realize that people may die sooner as they do not have the proper equipment to assist them in prolonging life or saving their lives. At the end of the day It is what it is, and in retrospect to the numbers we are seeing this will be a hard fought win when it does come. I hope that the vaccinations can continue at a trend of 500K a day, and that the most vulnerable can be treated. As far as the tourism areas, we see that Phuket's numbers released last night were up over 100, and then Chonburi's numbers have again increased to numbers that show a definitive increase with the highest yet. Wherever you are in Thailand, please stay safe and take care the best you can of yourselves and family. If you can get vaccinated I am ecstatic for you, and if you are having problems getting a vaccination just keep trying your hardest, but do not jeopardize yourself by putting yourself into a super spreader event if you can help it.

So this helps explain how the kits are helping, but at the same time only a few eventually make their way into a facility for treatment and into the actual reported cases numbers. Why do they not count them all as a case. They are positive and are being treated with medicines, are they not?

Now that was a jump from yesterday's numbers. I wonder where these cases are located and hope for the best.
