Lantus solo star injectable at night 25 units and now Victoza 1.8 injected in the morning. A1C of 5.6, morning BS 90 to 105 (Fluctuates) and after meal BS of 125 to 130 after 2.5 hours. Sucks but it is what it is and with it came plaque psoriasis from the Auto immune issue the surgery caused.

We beat the Thai government with there launch by launching a Sky Lantern from Patong Beach 2 hours ago. It lifted off and at T+ 2 minutes was through the clouds and gone from sight...launch was videotaped.

Met a few Russians at breakfast after a walk in Nai Harn today, they are trying to figure out a visa to stay here on as they refuse to be used by Putin. They Indicated they and others entered through Laos. I must confess the numbers have never made sense the way they tabulate all.

Drove the car down to Phuket today. On arrival al I grabbed an ADV 160 at the resort to get through traffic instead if driving the car. The ADV seems strong for a smaller bike, and is half the size of my X-Max 300. With myself and the GF on the bike it pulled the hill to big Buddah ok, but I am 90kg and she is 45kg, so it was about maxed out. For a single male it would be a satisfactory get around town bike.
