Example of agreement for a simple divorce, mutual consent.
ThailandRyan replied to Steven55's topic in Marriage and Divorce
As long as both agree, it is done and dusted, took my ex-wife longer as she had to change her name back, then her ID card, then do a new passport, and then that caused her issues when she returned to the US as her green card did not match her passport.....sucked for her, but then not my problem....lol -

Why are you always so condescending. People turn to forums such as this because it has many resources including people who have gone and done what they are trying to do. Just like the Extension of stay questions or 90 day report issues. If you can not give info and need to berate people then maybe just not post. -

Do not need a template or an agreement. Both parties go to the Amphur where they married, talk to the head guy, sign the back of the original marriage certificates indicating no items to change hands and sign another form, Takes about 30 minutes, well it did for me in Udon Thani, and I received a Certificate indicating divorced, and so did she. If it is not mutual and contested and they both can not go to the local amphur, then it will need lawyers and a court date. If he has a house with her that he built, it will need to be sold and the proceeds split 50/50 unless he is giving it to her. If she does not want the house then he has one year to sell it and move....If it is a condo in his name, well then it is his and not hers. -
Just recieved an E-Mail back from the LTR unit Dear xxxxxccc, Received your email with thank you. We have just reviewed the attachments in your previous email. Please be informed that most of them are acceptable. However, for your health insurance you need to provide it with a remaining coverage period of at least 10 months as of the date of the letter of qualification endorsement issuance. Nevertheless, please be informed that we are able to confirm only when the LTR initiative is officially launched. This is just a pre-application review. At the beginning of September, please note that you will have to fill out an online application and upload supporting documents as well through our online application system. So, there is no need to send those to us again via email. Kind regards, LTR Visa Unit

I used my Amex card in the US to pay my mortgage and all of my household bills, no issues, paid it in full every month, and earned enough airmiles with Delta to pay for my flights to Thailand and back in First Class. My Black card I have has great perks, free lounges, concierge services etc...... So tell me how I did not make any money and it is a fantasy....never overspent, and do not buy items I do not need. No extra fees were charged on the items I used the cards for, just obtained perks. Of course there are the annual fees I pay but then the rewards far outweigh the annual fee. However, as a business person, my cards were used quite a bit, however, now, not so much. I still pay for items in the US monthly, such as power bills, storage facility, and my property managers fees, which he reduced his fee to cover the 2% card charge he charges for accepting the card.

Takes your money from your wallet without asking or telling you she removed it.

The guy needs management to tell him to do his job and stop having personal conversations unless it is during break times. Then the affected party can tell him to go pound sand and only discuss work items with him from now on. Comments such as he made are out of line in any work place nowadays. Now I will await the PC crowd to jump all over .....

One wonders if a letter from your Pension provider showing your annualized income is enough or if they will request copies of the tax returns filed. I supplied a Letter from my Pension fund which shows my lifetime pension start date and how much is received monthly. As a defined benefit pension it will always rise and not decline based upon COLA's.

I am seeing more and more everyday here on the roads of BKK and the larger malls, like Icon Siam, Siam Paragon and a few others have GWM showrooms. This morning I saw two GWM Haval test vehicles being driven by prospective buyers. The MG Dealerships here in BKK are selling there ZS, HS, and MG5's like hotcakes as well. Prices range from 900k Thb upwards. I have had my MG HS now for almost 2 years and have never had an issue with it. Service is available throughout Thailand. More and more dealerships are going in as well.

Throwing good after bad instead of just walking, a very juvenile thing to do. What will he do next burn the bank down where the money they shared is kept......or will he just .....well you get my point. This does not happen in Thailand however. In California I was once dispatched to a call of a man in a Mercedes crashing his car into a Rolls Royce in a parking lot. Upon contacting him he provided paperwork for the Rolls Royce that showed it was his, but being driven by his ex-wife who was fiddling with his legal partner. Nothing to be done as he had a tow truck and clean up crew standing by for when he finished destroying the car. I asked him why, and he said to make a point....some people just are cruel and mental.

Coal fired train to make the boiler boil and steam. looks like we will be going back to the future of the early days......Everything green and EV has to use some type of fuel to make the power unless the car will be a fully integrated electric vehicle with its own solar panels, but then what happens when it rains or is cloudy.
