  1. That looks about the same as the <deleted> getting served in New Zealand schools now. The bragging David Seymour from the ACT Party said he would save the country millions while providing nutritious meals. https://www.nzherald.co.nz/resizer/v2/WWJND2UKF5DMBNBFY5TW3IB2KQ.jpeg?auth=f0c23c1a61e50e50ea0c78a19d875563732cb638b51d18e2ba7e67888daa6a97&width=1440&height=810&quality=70&focal=682%2C957&smart=false
  2. I have on occasion waited at traffic light controlled intersections with a police box and officers on duty. They stand there watching vehicles ignore the red lights and proceed through the pedestrians trying to cross the road. Last week, I watched a woman step out to cross, there was a clearly visible red light for all traffic. A car drove right up to her and she stopped, pointed at the red light and stood her ground. It was only when the driver nudged her that the police did anything. They spoke to him briefly then went back to whatever they were doing.
  3. Hmm... Department of Road Safety recommends you continue your medication. You seem to be getting a little more tense, evidenced by your inability to recognise humour
  4. I've found them very amenable. Been with a few now. Travel to Vietnam to see one I met 2 years ago regularly now. Makes an enjoyable distraction.
  5. What a f#%*^@( dreamer. There certainly are some idiots in positions of authority in this country. But... maybe this is a warning of what is about to come.

  10. Very sad that happened. Loss of life should have been avoided but as per the norm, nothing changes in Thailand. I was actually surprised that the Rama II stayed up. Our neighbour's daughter lives in a highrise condo in BKK. She sent pics of the cracks in the walls of her apartment. She moved out.
  11. Yes. Unfortunately I'm not in the country at the moment. Might buy one and talk the wife through the process, you know how easy that can be at times though
