id just like to add .... ive been visiting Thailand for business for over 40 years ..... my Thai will be conciderably better than a lot of visitors here ...... that however does not make me a real estate pro ....... so I was merely enquiring as so the status of that condo ! Ujayu half wit can go do one , perhaps rein yourself in a bit you might just learn something ! -
hi , does any one have any info on Santi Pura Condo south of Hua Hin ...... it has a slightly tired feel to the place ..... but a lot of places do post covid . Any horror stories or tips on that place much appreciated ..... Anyone living there on here ? thanks in advance

best avoided at opening time ..... I took 3 hours in a snaking queue back in August .... but otherwise no issues .....except ... hot , broken fan .... and a number of Khmers who did't get the principle of queueing . One in particular, a man in his 40's well dressed and seemingly wealthy ... who should have know better ...... and now does ! .... 55 -

hi , can anyone advise what types of visa will allow me to open a bank account ....... other than retirement and marriage . I used to have them in the 80's Bangkkok bank and Krung Thai , but failed to open one last month on a 45 day stay .
