Wrong! 

1) The phone does not prove anything they were the killers, they stole it, not accidentally but just stole it.  It is very plausible actually they heard something (50 meters away?), saw something (?) and went there, found the phone, took it and ran away. 

Now lying about this is probably what anybody would have done knowing Burmese are often perfect scapegoat puppies in Thailand (no Thai could have done this). Not in any way you would want to be associated with a horrible killing as a Burmese on an island like Koh Tao. 

2) Everything associated with the DNA evidence is plain BS and not even worth reading. It is a total unverifiable fabrication. 

3) Obviously someone else was there, oh yes, that is correct! Just look at the multiple push-knife stab wounds on David. There must have been one hell of fight. I think there are some people in the know,  but of course these persons will never speak out.

Case closed, B2 convicted, Party goes one, $$$

The illegally submitted data from the Sherlock Holmes's will very likely show the phone "traveled" from the crime scene to the B2 house (with time-stamp data). 'Same same' like your own Google timeline from your smartphone. So one could probably assume they were there in the vicinity (but we already know that) and they probably took the phone from the crime-scene. Lets travel back in time to the 7th October 2014:

He said they knew quickly that it was missing from his body from information gained from David's friends and relatives, but this was not made public. So they violently murder their victims and then take the phone from David Miller? Somehow I have trouble visualizing this. The statement sounds  much more like one of the B2's (who went back to look for his guitar) did find the phone at the murder scene, took it, left it with the other B2 who threw it away because he became suspicious about the origin of the phone. That I can visualize and makes sense.

Does this make them the perpetrators? Absolutely not, to the contrary I would argue. On top of that, Illegally obtained evidence is not admissible in court . So they have given the Supreme court a nice way to safe face! But unfortunately nothing will change the verdict..... it is Thai style!

Father David Miller speaks out ( interview couple months old) , heartbreaking but he really believes the B2 did it. He is 100% convinced, so the RTP did a hell of good job convincing him. Beats me.

Why didn't this reporter ask him about the fact that Hannah her family (sister) seems to believe the RTP did a terrible job and is questioning if the right people are behind bars?

That is a lot of blood on that guitar, looks like it is sprayed on..... now if you fall from a motorbike I don't think the blood spatter pattern would be like that. I would assume no blood on the guitar at all in that case.

The wound on his arm, looks very very similar to the stab wounds David had and I reiterate, IMHO it was caused by a push knife. 

I also recall a story he was treated at the AC bar that night by staff from the AC bar. This story disappeared however somehow, probably had to disappear as it hooks him as a witness to the crime scene.

The chase he posted on his FB  page and the threatening to hang him was very likely the result because he INDEED was a witness. What do you with witnesses? Well study the JFK murder, you eliminate them.

My take on this is very simple! No, he has not overslept, as per her own explanation to meet up with David. That is also rubbish, party animals like Sean do not oversleep! No.....

Although Sean did not watch the killings, he was close enough, he heard something and walked on the beach towards the scene in progress and was met by somebody who told him to f* off (by pushknife). The perps who knew Sean, were worried, they knew he had seen/witnessed something and therefore wanted to make sure he kept his mouth shut. They threatened to hang him and Sean did the runner.

He has to keep silent, he does not know for sure who did it, but I guess he has a fairly good idea ans I promise you it was not the B2. Sean, care to respond?

No they did not find any push knife or something like that on the B2. What beats me, NOBODY, including the defense talked about the wounds on David during the trial.The whole thing was about the hoe (without their DNA). Its beyond crazy this case.

• Correct, however not in a million years was David beaten by the hoe. Not only was there no DNA, he had multiple stab wounds (face, head, shoulder, hands) caused by a push-knife clearly proof of a fight that took place. (never introduced in the trial, beats me!)

I asked about proof, proof you claim you have. The perp getting miffed after Hannah made it clear she wasn't interested has been widely reported and even discussed here on Thaivisa at the time. That is nothing new, and certainly no proof. It was mentioned before that a possible loss of face for the perp made him so angry he went for  a 'rape revenge' with his buddies. It is my personal believe that this is indeed what happened  and is something they had probably done before. The fact that David unexpectedly showed up made this thing spin out of control.  But this is all speculation, I have no proof, you say you have proof. Unless those friends of yours were eyewitnesses to the fight, the killing and the rape you should choose your words more carefully. IMHO.

I would be careful with such information, does your neighbor know you heard and saw the crime? He does now!  And what about the KT case? What proof? Eyewitnesses? Friends of yours that were IN the bar, what bar? THE bar? The bar of perp?

This is the true face of Thai justice that cannot lose face. Even if the true murderers would come forward and say 'we did it', the courts would dismiss them as lunatics and uphold the sentence. Face saving is a concept most Westerners will never understand.

If a building is on fire and the Thai CEO is saying it is not, the Thais present in the meeting, knowing the whole place is on fire, will say nothing or even confirm that it is not.  (CEO will lose face and that has to be avoided at all cost).

So investigating RTP or anybody, go and log into Elise her Google account and track her movements! You might even find the phone if still in use.
